Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.デジタル方式でコード化された機械可読情報で標識付けされたことを特徴と する肉眼では見えない微粒子。 2.厚さが0.1μm〜5μmで、幅と長さが共に0.5μm〜50μmの範囲 の薄片の形であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の微粒子。 3.微粒子が方位標識を含むことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項または第2項に 記載の微粒子。 4.シリコン、二酸化シリコンまたは金属を含むことを特徴とする請求の範囲第 1項から第3項のいずれかに記載の微粒子。 5.アルミニウム、銀、金を含むことを特徴とする請求の範囲第4項に記載の微 粒子。 6.読取り可能コードが、光学装置によって読み取り可能であることを特徴とす る請求の範囲第1項に記載の微粒子。 7.コードが、様々なビットを含むデータを表すことを特徴とする請求の範囲第 1項に記載の微粒子。 8.それぞれがほぼ同一に符号化された請求の範囲第1項による1組の複数の微 粒子。 9.すべてがほぼ同じサイズおよび形状のものであることを特徴とする請求の範 囲第8項に記載の1組の微粒子。 10.請求の範囲第7項による1組または複数組の微粒子が混合されたときに、 微粒子の存在が肉眼で検知できないような、粉末、流体または気体を含むタグ付 け複合物。 11.粉末、流体または気体が、様々なコードから選択された固有のコードを表 す所定形状をそれぞれ有する1組または複数組の微粒 子と混合され、微粒子の存在が肉眼では検出できないことを特徴とする粉末、流 体または気体を含むタグ付け複合物。 12.塗料、インクまたは液体染料を含む請求の範囲第10項に記載のタグ付け 複合物。 13.煙染料を含む請求の範囲第10項に記載のタグ付け複合物。 14.請求の範囲第10項に記載のタグ付け複合物を含み、読取り可能コードで 物体にタグ付けするために容器からタグ付け複合物を出す手段を備えた容器。 15.請求の範囲第8項に記載の1組の微粒子を物体に付けることを特徴とする 、機械可読コードで目に見えないように物体に標識付けする方法。 16.それぞれが肉眼で見えず機械可読コードで標識付けされたほぼ同一にコー ド化された多数の1組の微粒子を車両に付け、1組の粒子が、請求の範囲第12 項に記載のタグ付け複合物の一部であり、車両表面への塗りとして付けることを 特徴とする、物体に機械可読コードで目には見えないように標識付けする方法。 17.それぞれが肉眼で見えずデジタル的にコード化された機械可読情報で標識 付けされたほぼ同一にコード化された1組の多数の微粒子を、宝石などの本質的 に高価な物品に付け、1組の粒子が、請求の範囲第12項に記載の標識付け複合 物の一部であり、物品の表面への透明硬化型ラッカーとして付けることを特徴と する、宝石などの本質的に高価な物品に機械可読コードで目に見えないように標 識付けする方法。 18.それぞれが肉眼で見えずデジタル的にコード化された機械可読情報で標識 付けされたほぼ同一にコード化された1組の多数の微粒子を、クレジット・カー ドや掛売りカードなどのプラスチック・ カードのような本質的に高価な物品に塗布し、1組の粒子が、請求の範囲第12 項に記載のタグ付け複合物の一部であり、インクまたはラッカーとして選択的に 塗布されることを特徴とする、クレジット・カードや売掛けカードなどのプラス チック・カードのような本質的に高価な物品に、機械可読コードで目に見えない ように標識付けする方法。 19.請求の範囲第14項に記載の容器が、煙染料を含むタグ付け複合物が充填 された自動作動式発煙筒の形で取り付けられた現金取扱い機またはその他の公衆 払出し装置用の保安装置。
