Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.圧送システムにおいて、流体の流れのためのセグメントが、圧送部分と、流 体制御部分と、圧力センサ接触部分とを備えていることを特徴とするセグメント 。 2.普通のチューブと各々連結されるようになった第1の開放端及び第2の開放 端を有するベースを備え、該ベースが、開放端間にベースの長さに沿って延びた 溝と、流体制御領域とを更に有し、 平らな中央領域を各々もつ上面及び下面と、上面から所定距離延びた圧力容 器とを有する膜と、 圧力容器孔、圧送孔、及び流体調整孔を有するカバーとを備え、 前記膜が、ベースとカバーとの間に配置され、ベースと膜が、第1の開放端 と第2の開放端とを連通させる流体流れチャンネルを構成し、 セグメントの一部に沿って長さ方向に移動するようになった摺動流れ制御器 を備え、該摺動流れ制御器が、セグメントを通る流体の流れを制御するため、膜 をベースの制御領域と係合させることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載のセ グメント。 3.前記膜が、セグメントの圧送部分を構成するため、圧送孔及びチャンネルと 協同することを特徴とする請求の範囲第2項に記載のセグメント。 4.前記膜が、セグメントの流体制御部分を構成するため、流体調整孔、流体制 御領域、及びスライダと協同することを特徴とする請求の範囲第2項に記載のセ グメント。 5.前記圧力容器が、セグメントの前記圧力センサ接触部分を構成するため、前 記圧力容器孔及びチャンネルと協同することを特徴とする請求の範囲第2項に記 載のセグメント。 6.前記ベースが、スライダが流体停止位置にあることを表示するため、スライ ダと協同するクリックストップを更に備えていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第 2項に記載のセグメント。 7.前記ベースが、楕円形状と、近位端と、遠位端と、中間部分と、底部分と、 底部分から実質的に直交方向に底部分の周囲に突出したベースの側壁とを有し、 底部分とベースの側壁がベースの内部を構成し、ベースが更に、遠位端及び中間 部分の実質的にまわりに形成され、ベースの側壁の頂部から実質的に直交方向に ベースの内部から遠去かる方へ突出したフランジを有し、該フランジが、スライ ダの長さ方向の移動を制限するようになっており、ベースが更に、ベースの内部 に形成され、膜の関連した構造体を受け入れるようになった膜凹部と、ベースの 内部に形成され、カバーの関連した構造体を受け入れるようになったカバー凹部 とを有していることを特徴とする請求の範囲第2項に記載のセグメント。 8.前記フランジには、セグメントの圧送システムへの適当な位置決めを容易に する矩形のノッチが形成されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第2項に記載の セグメント。 9.前記カバーが、細長い楕円形状と、頂部分と、頂部分から実質的に直交方向 に頂部分の周囲に突出したカバーの側壁とを有し、頂部分とカバーの側壁がカバ ーの内部を構成し、カバーの側壁が、カバー凹部と合致するようになっており、 カバーが更に、カバーの内部に形成され、膜の関連した構造体を受け入れるよう になった膜キャビティを有していることを特徴とする請求の範囲第7項に記載の セグメント。 10.前記膜が、弾性エラストマー材料で形成され、細長い楕円形状と、上面から 実質的に直交方向に上面の周囲に突出した上部側壁とを有し、上部側壁が、膜キ ャビティと密封状態で合致するようになっており、前記膜が更に、下面から実質 的に直交方向に下面の周囲に突出した下部側壁を有し、下部側壁が、膜凹部と密 封状態で合致するようになっていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第9項に記載の セグメント。 11.膜のベース及びカバーとの密封が、自己付勢シールを含むことを特徴とする 請求の範囲第10項に記載のセグメント。 12.膜の下面の平らな中央部分が、溝及び溝に形成された流体制御領域の上に位 置し、膜の前記容器の下側が、溝の上に位置していることを特徴とする請求の範 囲第2項に記載のセグメント。 13.カバーの前記圧送孔とカバーの前記流体調整孔が、膜の上面の平らな中央領 域に接近するようになっており、前記圧力容器孔が、圧力容器に接近するように なっていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第12項に記載のセグメント。 14.スライダの前記突出部が、流体調整孔内を移動するようになっており、かつ 、膜の上面に係合するようになっていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第13項に 記載のセグメント。 15.セグメントの近位端が、セグメントを圧送機構に適当な配向で取付けるため 、セグメントの遠位端とは異なる形状を有していることを特徴とする請求の範囲 第2項に記載のセグメント。 16.ベースを横断する膜の幅とチャンネルの深さが、セグメントの上流の流体圧 力が変動する場合に、膜とベースとの間の容積の変化を制御するように選定され ていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第2項に記載のセグメント。 17.セグメントの圧送部分とセグメントの圧力検知部分との間に配置された圧力 検知入力チャンネルを更に備え、圧力検知入力チャンネルの長さと幅が、圧力検 知部分に到達するため圧送部分に作用する圧送機構によって引き起こされる流体 の乱れの伝達を減少させるように選定されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第 2項に記載のセグメント。
