The user can easily and directly wear the worn saw without transporting the
It relates to what can be regenerated.
Conventional technology
FIG. 1 shows a typical saw blade for cutting stone and concrete.
I have. A typical saw blade has a large number of cells around its edge that contain diamond particles.
And a steel disc integrated with the cement 10. As shown in the figure,
At the end of the steel disk, slits are formed radially at predetermined intervals,
The segments 10 form a number of teeth. With steel disc teeth

The wax 20 melts and integrates into the steel disc teeth, and they are integrated
Segment 10 is connected to the saw blade. A saw blade with a small diameter
When the segment is completely worn out, the price of the iron plate does not occupy a large proportion, and it is discarded.
It is not a problem to use a new product after replacing it, but the diameter is large
Saw blades have a higher iron weight value, so wear worn segments.
Remove and attach new segments, reuse saw blades without damaging steel plate
I use it. Therefore, in general, when the large diameter saw bray is completely worn,
Expensive large-diameter steel discs are never discarded and are
versus
The new segments are reused by re-welding.
In order to regenerate and reuse worn segments of large diameter saw blades,
The worn saw blade is sent to a saw blade production plant to remove worn segments.
Must be removed from the disc and a new segment re-welded to each tooth of the disc.
No. However, such methods of regenerating and reusing saw blades are not
Rather than rebuilding directly by the customer, the worn factory
It is a waste of time and money to send to exchange segments. The view mentioned above
From the point of view, export products with small diameters are finished products with segments attached.
For larger diameter products, separate segments and steer the segment in the importing country.
It is good to make it into a saw blade by integrating it into a disc.
