Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.(a)金属アミンモリブデン酸塩、金属アミンタングステン酸塩およびそれ らの混合物から成る群から選ばれる触媒前駆体であって、次の一般式、 ML(MoyW1-yO4)a (式中、MはCrおよび/またはMn、Fe、Co、Ni、CuおよびZnから 成る群から選ばれる1つ以上の二価助触媒金属であり;Lは、少なくとも1つは キレート化多座配位子である1つ以上の中性の含窒素配位子であり;0≦y≦1 であり;クロムを含まない触媒の場合はa=1であり、クロムを含む触媒の場合 は0.5≦a≦3である)を持つアミン金属触媒前駆体を、約200ないし約4 00℃の温度で不活性雰囲気の中で分解すること;および (b)前記アミン金属触媒前駆体を約300ないし約450℃の温度で還元 して触媒を生成すること、 によって調製される触媒組成物。 2.前記金属アミンモリブデン酸塩は、Co、Ni、Mm及びこれらの混合物か ら成る群れから選ばれたものである請求の範囲1記載の触媒組成物。 3.(a)金属アミンモリブデン酸塩、金属アミンタングステン酸塩およびそれ らの混合物から成る群から選ばれる触媒前駆体であって、次の一般式、 ML(MoyW1-yO4)a (式中、MはCrおよび/またはMn、Fe、Co、Ni、CuおよびZnから 成る群から選ばれる1つ以上の二価助触媒金属であり;Lは、少なくとも1つは キレート化多座配位子である1つ以上の中性の含窒素配位子であり;0≦y≦1 であり;クロムを含まない触媒の場合はa=1であり、クロムを含む触媒の場合 は0.5≦a≦3である)を持つアミン金属触媒前駆体を、約200ないし約4 00℃の温度で不活性雰囲気の中で分解すること;および (b)前記アミン金属触媒前駆体を約300ないし約450℃の温度で還元 して触媒を生成すること、 によって調製される触媒に、芳香族の水素化処理条件下で、炭化水素原料流を接 触させることを特徴とする芳香族の水素化方法。 4.第1および第2触媒から成る積み重ね型触媒システムに芳香族の水素化条件 下で炭化水素原料流を接触させることから成る芳香族の水素化方法において、前 記第1および第2触媒が、 (a)金属アミンモリブデン酸塩、金属アミンタングステン酸塩およびそれ らの混合物から成る群から選ばれる触媒前駆体であって、次の一般式、 ML(MoyW1-yO4)a (式中、MはCrおよび/またはMn、Fe、Co、Ni、CuおよびZnから 成る群から選ばれる1つ以上の二価助触媒金属であり;Lは、少なくとも1つは キレート化多座配位子である1つ以上の中性の含窒素配位子であり;0≦y≦1 であり;クロムを含まない触媒の場合はa=1であり、クロムを含む触媒の場合 は0.5≦a≦3である)を持つア ミン金属触媒前駆体を、約200ないし約400℃の温度で不活性雰囲気の中で 分解すること;および (b)前記アミン金属触媒前駆体を約300ないし約450℃の温度で還元 して触媒を生成すること、によって調製されたものであり、又より高い活性を持 つ前記触媒が前記第2触媒であることを特徴とする前記芳香族の水素化方法。
