【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 所要長さを有する操作パイプ内に動力伝
達用シャフトが挿通され、操作パイプの先端に上記シャ
フトを介して駆動される刈刃部を備え、前記操作パイプ
に対し前記シャフトに動力を伝達する駆動源を分離した
構成とし、 上記動力源は、地上を走行する所要の外径を有した左右
一対の接地輪間に位置して、該動力源の中心部が左右の
接地輪の車軸線上に位置するように搭載支持して地上を
移動可能にし、 且つ上記動力源の出力部と上記操作パイプの基端部とを
フレキ部材により連結すると共に、前記フレキ部材内に
挿通したフレキシブルシャフトにより動力源の出力部と
操作パイプ内の動力伝達用シャフトとを伝動連結してな
ることを特徴とする刈払機。
