【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 横架材の側面及び上下面を加工するため
に、搬送路に沿って装着された仕口加工部、角ノミ加工
部、カッタ加工部及びボーリング加工部からなる横加工
機と、横架材の木口を加工するために搬送路に連結され
る渡り搬送路と一体に移動する6軸ヘッドを設けた縦加
工機とからなるプレカット加工装置において、前記横加
工機及び縦加工機の前後段部に金属継ぎ手を連結する浅
い溝及び深い溝を横架材の木口に加工するために、前後
シリンダ及び上下シリンダによって搬送路に対して前後
及び上下に移動し、モータで回転される回転軸に固着さ
れた丸鋸とカッタとからなる継ぎ手加工機を装着したこ
とを特徴とするプレカット加工装置。
1. A horizontal processing machine comprising a connection processing section, a square chisel processing section, a cutter processing section, and a boring processing section mounted along a transport path for processing the side surfaces and upper and lower surfaces of a horizontal member. A vertical cutting machine provided with a six-axis head that moves integrally with a cross-conveying path connected to a conveying path for processing the opening of the horizontal member, wherein the horizontal processing machine and the vertical processing machine are provided.
