Claims (1)
小さい送材車の基台上に可動突設した対をなす把持爪間
に、原木曲がり方向を上下にして両木口面を挟んで把持
した原木をその軸線方向に送材車の駆動力で移送する工
程と、 この移送途中の原木を前記ツインバンドソーの平行二枚
刃で横断面太鼓状に初回びきして上下に若干弯曲した太
鼓材をつくる工程と、 この太鼓材を前記送材車の移動で初回びき前の原状位置
に戻した後、この太鼓材の両木口面に近い上下各面を送
材車に搭載した前記帯鋸間隔よりも幅狭の挾持部材で挾
持した後、両木口面から前記把持爪を外す工程と、 前記初回びき各面にそれぞれツインバンドソーの柱材と
しての鋸道ラインをレーザー光照射器を用いて描写する
工程と、 太鼓材の中央を含む所定範囲部分が上記ラインから外れ
ている場合に、この太鼓材をその上下から挟んだ挾持部
材と共に昇降駆動源の上下駆動力で僅かずつ上下動させ
ることで、前記鋸道ライン内に太鼓材の左右初回びき面
の特に中央所定範囲部分が収まるように位置決めプリセ
ットする工程と、 この太鼓材の両木口面を再び前記把持爪で把持すると共
に、挾持部材を木材から外して前記把持爪を回転駆動源
の回転力で回転する軸により、90度だけ回すことで、
前記太鼓材の初回びき面を上下に向ける工程と、 再び送材車を移動させて上記太鼓材の今度は丸み付き側
面をツインバンドソーの平行二枚刃で角材として切り出
すことで、長尺方向の両端部分を除きほぼ全体が、正し
い四角柱の柱材を得る工程とをそれぞれ具備してなる角
