Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a close contact of inner surfaces of a container with all surfaces of transported items, perform a fixing of a plurality of transported items at once and restrict occurrence of dusts when the container is opened by a method wherein a base plate is placed in a bag-like transparent container of which shape can be freely changed in response to a variation in pressure in it. SOLUTION: A base plate 7 is arranged within a transparent container 5, an air suction port 3 is fixed so as to form a packaging element 1. In this case, the base plate 7 is made of material quality generating a flexture under an action of external force and having a high frictional resistance at its surface. A plurality of tablewares 9 are arranged on the base plate 7 and a contained item 5 is closely sealed with an opening closure element 11, thereafter a nozzle is inserted through the air suction port 3 to extract air in the container 5. With such an arrangement as above, an inside part of the container 5 is reduced in its pressure and its inner surface is closely contacted with substantial all surfaces of the arranged tablewares 9 and then the tablewares 9 are fixed.

2. Description of the Related Art For example, when moving, tableware such as cups, bowls, dishes, etc. are wrapped by hand with packing materials (crepe paper, honey paper, mirror mats, etc.) so that they are not broken, and several cardboard boxes are used. Etc. were packed together and transported. Specifically, when packing a dish, first, the dish is placed on crepe paper as a packing material, and the crepe paper is folded and wrapped so as to wrap the entire dish. Similarly, in the case of packing cups, the cup is placed on crepe paper, the cup is wrapped in a tubular shape, and the crepe paper at the bottom of the cup is folded and packed.

However, the above-mentioned conventional method has the following problems. In other words, as a major problem, since the tableware is wrapped one by one with packing materials, for example, if the number of tablewares is large as in a large family home, it takes a lot of time to pack the tableware, and the packing materials also need to be packed. Large quantities are required. On the other hand, in the unpacking operation, the packaging materials wrapped one by one become waste and cause a large amount of garbage. Furthermore, when the tableware is packed with the packing material, the fine powder (powder-like dust) of the packing material adheres to the tableware, and the tableware needs to be washed later.

[0004] As another problem, a space for packing or unpacking work is required for packing tableware one by one, and a certain work space must be secured.
Further, when transporting the tableware during the unpacking operation, the tableware wrapped with the packing material is separated one by one, so that the tableware cannot be transported at one time, and it takes time and effort.

Therefore, the present invention has been made to solve such problems, and eliminates a great deal of time for packaging tableware and any refuse due to packaging, and has no adverse effect on tableware. It is still another object of the present invention to provide a packaging device for a conveyed object that can identify the packed tableware at a glance.

Further, a substrate is interposed in a bag-shaped transparent container which is sealable and can be deformed by a change in pressure, an object to be conveyed is placed on the substrate, and the container is sealed. This is a method for packing a transported object in which the pressure inside the container is reduced so that the inner surface of the container is brought into close contact with and fixed to substantially the entire surface of the transported object.

In these cases, it is possible to place the object to be transported on a substrate interposed in a bag-shaped transparent container that can be deformed by a change in pressure, and to reduce the pressure in the container by a pressure reducing means. . As a result, the transported object can be fixed by bringing the inner surface of the container into close contact with substantially the entire surface of the transported object. Further, since the container is transparent, the packaged tableware can be identified at a glance.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS FIG. 1 shows an overall configuration in which a tableware 9 is arranged in a packing tool 1 according to the present invention, and the description will be made with reference to this drawing. The packing device 1 has an air suction port 3
Is mounted, and a substrate 7 (hard styrofoam or the like) is arranged in a transparent container 5. This substrate 7
Is made of a material that bends when an external force, that is, a bending moment acts thereon, and its surface is made of a material having a high friction coefficient or processed to be high. A plurality of dishes 9 are arranged on the substrate 7, and the opening of the container 5 is configured to be able to be sealed with a mouth closure 11 or the like (see FIGS. 3 and 4).

After the container 5 is sealed by the mouth closing device 11 or the like, a straw-shaped nozzle (not shown) is inserted from the air suction port 3 and the nozzle is attached to a cleaner or the like (not shown). And the air in the container 5 is evacuated with a weak strength. By evacuating the air in the container 5, the pressure in the container 5 is reduced, and as shown in FIG. 2, the inner surface of the container 5 comes into close contact with almost the entire surface of the tableware 9 arranged therein, and the tableware 9 is removed. It can be fixed between the inner surface of the container 5 and the substrate 7. In addition, the material of the container 5 is suitably a vinyl-like material, and the tableware 9 to be disposed therein,
In particular, cups and the like can be stacked in a stable state and fixed at a time by appropriately interposing a strip between the cups.

As described above, the packaging 1 in which the tableware 9 is wrapped is placed in a container such as a cardboard having a size just matching the size of the packaging 1 so that the packaging 1 can be taken in and out.
By stacking them one by one, the package 1 does not play in the cardboard during transportation, and can be transported together without damage such as the tableware 9 being cracked.
