Abstract

SOLUTION: Hot-spring water and Houttuynia cordata are mixed in a container for fermentation. The fermented liquid is filtered, roasted rice bran is added to the above filtered liquid to be matured, and alcohol is added to the extracted liquid. The thus obtained liquid is used for deodorizing.
