2. Description of the Related Art As shown in FIG. 7, a conventional waterweed pot 40 comprises a bottom plate 41 and a side wall 42 integrally formed of synthetic resin.
2, a through hole 43 is formed. This water plant pot 4
The advantages of 0 are as follows. Since the water plants 31 directly planted in the bottom sand 33 of the water tank 30 have roots 32 spread over the bottom sand 33, it is very troublesome to pull out from the bottom sand 33 when replanting or cleaning the bottom sand 33. There is such a problem that a part of the root 32 (particularly the capillary root) is torn off and weakened. Therefore, if the waterweed pot 40 in which the waterweed 31 is planted is placed on the bottom sand 33, it is easy to replant and clean the bottom sand 33. Even if the ornamental fish has the habit of digging the bottom sand 33, the water plant pot 40 protects around the water plant 31.

However, the conventional waterweed pot 40 has no effect of promoting the tensioning of the roots 32 of the waterweeds 31.
In order not to hinder the tension of No. 2, there was only a contrivance that a through hole 43 was provided so that the root 32 could protrude. Also,
As is well known, filth such as excrement of aquarium fish and remaining bait is collected in the tank 3
The water quality of the water W in the water 0 is degraded to adversely affect the growth environment of the aquatic plants 31 and the ornamental fish, and the aquatic plants 31 are deposited on the bottom sand 33 and are deposited.
However, the conventional waterweed pot 40 has no effect of protecting the waterweed 31 from this adverse effect.

It is extremely difficult to determine the amount and timing of watering,
Proper watering requires skill. Incorrect watering, bowl 50
If the inside becomes excessively moist, water is not sufficiently drained from the drain hole 53 alone, and water is always held in the gap between the root 36 and the water moss 54. When wrapped in water and the air permeability is lost, the root 36 suffocates, metabolism is hindered, and root rot occurs. The root-rotted plants gradually weaken, and eventually the whole plant rots. Overwatering failures are often experienced by non-experts who are skilled in orchid cultivation.

The lower chamber 3 is filled with granular activated carbon 13. The activated carbon 13 can be easily removed from the bottom hole 9 by removing the bottom cover 12. The activated carbon 13 has a large number of micropores on its surface and has a large area in contact with water W or air, so that it has excellent surface adsorption power. Further, the large number of micropores facilitates fixation and propagation of microorganisms from water W, and provides a suitable habitat for the microorganisms.

In order to use the water plant pot 1 having the above structure,
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, aquatic plants 31 are planted in the upper chamber 2 using an implantable material 14 such as rock wool, and the plant 1 is gently placed on the bottom sand 33 in the water tank 30.
Alternatively, the bottom part may be slightly buried in the bottom sand 33 by lightly pushing. After growing in the upper chamber 2, the roots 32 of the water plants 31 enter the lower chamber 3 through the upper and lower communication holes 7, stretch between the activated carbons 13, and when the lower chamber 3 is filled, the inner and outer communication holes are formed. After passing through 8, it extends to the outside of the pot.

Since the water W in the water tank 30 passes through the inside and outside communication holes 8 and circulates through the activated carbon 13 in the lower chamber 3, various useful microorganisms contained in the water W are passed through a large number of micropores of the activated carbon 13. Fix it. Micropores have the effect of increasing the propagation and activity of fixed microorganisms, and the microorganisms that have been bred and have become active are able to remove the excrement of the ornamental fish and residual food contained in the water W. Eat vigorously and break down. For this reason, the roots 32 stretched between the activated carbons 13 can grow without being adversely affected by filth, and the tension is improved. Therefore,
The aquatic plants 31 themselves become strong. In addition, the degradation of water quality in the aquarium 30 can be reduced by the action of decomposing filth by the microorganisms and the action of adsorbing odor components (deodorization) by the fine pores of the activated carbon 13, and can improve the growth environment of the aquatic plants 31 and ornamental fish.

FIG. 6 shows a second embodiment in which the container for plant cultivation of the present invention is embodied as a pot 20 for orchid cultivation. This orchid cultivation pot 20 is also basically configured similarly to the waterweed pot 1 of the first embodiment, and has dimensions (in this example, a height of about 150 mm, a bottom outer diameter of about 100 mm, and an opening outer diameter of about 150 mm). The second embodiment differs from the first embodiment only in the number of the communication holes 7 and 8 and the point that the filling of the activated carbon into the lower chamber 3 is stopped and the bottom cover 12 is omitted. Therefore, FIG.
Are denoted by the same reference numerals as in the first embodiment, and description thereof is omitted.

In order to use the orchid cultivation pot 20, various orchids 35 are planted in the upper chamber 2 by using a planting material 21 such as water moss (for example, when the planting material is not used, such as when planting a banda). The lower chamber 3 may be used as it is. After growing in the upper chamber 2, the root 36 of the run 35 enters the lower chamber 3 through the upper and lower communication holes 7 (which may be artificially passed), and a sufficiently large mutual space is formed in the space of the lower chamber 3. Stretch at intervals.

Water that has been watered from the opening of the orchid cultivation pot 20 passes through the upper and lower communication holes 7 and falls into the lower chamber 3. The lower chamber 3 has inner and outer communication holes 8 and a bottom hole 9. In addition, since the roots 36 have a sufficiently large mutual distance as described above, water is not always retained between the roots 36. Further, since the outside air passes through the inside / outside communication hole 8 and circulates in the space in the lower chamber 3, the air permeability around the root 36 is very good. Therefore, even those who are not familiar with orchid cultivation,
There is no risk of watering failure and root rot can be prevented.

It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and can be embodied by appropriately changing the scope of the invention as follows, for example, as follows. (1) Use a mesh as the middle plate and the upper and lower communication holes. (2) In the second embodiment, a run was described as an example.
The orchid cultivation pot 20 can also be used as a cultivation pot for other plants that are vulnerable to excessive watering (eg, air plants). Further, it can be used as a pot for cultivating other plants such as flowers or houseplants.
