SOLUTION: Both outer surfaces at an end part of two members 2, 3 to be joined which are formed of steel plate are formed to be tapered surfaces 2a, 2a, 3a, 3a in the longitudinal direction, and both outer surface at other parts than the end part are formed to be parallel surfaces 2d, 2d, 3d, 3d. Tapered surfaces 4a, 4a, 5a, 5a are inclined in the direction opposite to each other on the side where two attached plates 4,5 formed of steel plate are ambient on the members 2, 3 to be joined. The end parts of the members 2, 3 are butted to each other, and the attached plates 4, 5 are covered in a holding manner from their outer side. High tension bolts 10, 10 are inserted in each bolt hole of the members 2, 3 and the attached plates 4, 5, and nuts are tightened for fixing. Excellent sliding strength can be obtained, and the number of bolts 10 can be reduced thereby.

2. Description of the Related Art In general, when joining members of a steel structure at a work site, a flat plate is used as shown in FIG. High-strength bolt friction for transmitting the force by friction at the interface between the joined members 22, 23 and the attachment plates 24, 25 by tightening the joined members 22, 23 and the attachment plates 24, 25 with high-strength bolts 26 Joint joints are frequently used. In this joint, the members to be joined 22, 23 and the contact plate 2
If a slip occurs between the steel structure 4 and the steel structure 25, the deformation of the steel structure becomes large. Therefore, it is necessary to prevent the slip from occurring in the design. However, when joining using a flat plate,
Since the frictional resistance force per bolt does not depend on the strength of the member and is a constant value, when joining a large member, that is, a member having a large plate thickness, the number of bolts required becomes large, Since the amount of construction work is enormous and the slip strength is reduced, the joining becomes practically difficult.

In this bolt joining structure, the members to be joined 2,
3 and the tapered surfaces 4a, 5a of the attachment plates 4, 5 are engaged with each other.
Slip can be suppressed with respect to the tensile force in the axial direction of the members to be joined 2 and 3. Further, when the members to be joined 2, 3 and the attachment plates 4, 5 are displaced by the tensile force, the plate thickness at the bolt position becomes relatively thick, and the axial force of the bolt increases. Since the slip strength of the high-strength bolt friction welding is proportional to the bolt axial force, according to the joining structure of the present invention via the tapered surface, a higher sliding strength can be obtained as compared with the joint structure using a conventional flat plate. .

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, tapered surfaces 2a and 3a are provided on both outer surfaces of ends of members to be joined 2 and 3 made of a steel plate. Both outer surfaces of the main portions of the joining members 2 and 3 are parallel surfaces 2d and 3
d. In addition, both attachment plates 4 made of steel plate
5 has a tapered surface 4 on the side that contacts the members 2 and 3 to be joined.
a and 5a are provided two by two in a direction opposite to each other. These steel sheets are taped with tape during steel rolling.
Par steel may be used. Further, a tapered surface can be formed by cutting. Although the dimensional accuracy depends on the thickness of the members to be joined 2 and 3, the contact surface between the members to be joined 2 and 3 and the abutment plates 4 and 5 is such that there is no gap between the surfaces. The degree of taper inclination and the number of high-strength bolts 10 differ depending on the dimensions and strength of the members 2 and 3 to be joined. Tapered surface 2a of the workpieces 2,3, 3a are provided two by two symmetrical with respect to the thickness center line L 1.
The tapered surfaces 4a, 5a of the attachment plates 4, 5
Are provided symmetrically with respect to the center in the longitudinal direction.

In this embodiment, first, the members to be joined 2 and
The ends of the members 3 are butted against each other, and the attachment plates 4 and 5 are put on the ends of the members 2 and 3 so as to be sandwiched from the outside. The high-strength bolt 10 is inserted through the bolt holes 6 and 7 of the members to be joined 2 and 3 and the bolt holes 8 and 9 of the attachment plates 4 and 5, and a flat washer 11 and a nut 12 are fitted to the tip of the high-strength bolt 10. , High strength bolt 10
The nut 12 is tightened and fixed until a predetermined axial force is introduced. As a result, when the tensile load is applied in the axial direction and the frictional force at the interface between the members to be joined 2 and 3 and the attachment plates 4 and 5 reaches the limit, and the sliding is attempted, the members to be joined 2 , 3 are engaged with the tapered surfaces 4a, 5a of the attachment plates 4, 5,
Slip at the interface is suppressed. Further, even when a displacement occurs between the two, the plate thickness is relatively increased and the axial force of the bolt is increased, so that the slip strength can be increased.

As described above, according to the present invention, the tapered surface 2 is formed on one or both of the outer surfaces of the ends of the two members 2 and 3 to be joined.
a and 3a are provided in the longitudinal direction, and one or both of the two contact plates 4 and 5 are provided with tapered surfaces 4a and 5a.
By contacting the tapered surfaces 4a and 5a with the tapered surfaces a and 3a and fixing them with the high-strength bolt 10, a higher sliding strength can be obtained as compared with the conventional joint structure using a simple flat plate. By increasing the slip strength, the number of bolts to secure the required frictional force can be reduced, so that a more compact joint structure can be provided as compared with the conventional one, and the amount of construction work can be reduced to about the same level as before. Further, the assembling work of the steel structure by the bolt connection can be efficiently advanced.
