(Problem to be solved by the invention) However, in the above joint structure (), since a gap is created between the bolt and the bolt hole of the wooden member, the relative displacement of the joint part will be large and loose. Also, the joint strength was insufficient. Said ()
The joint structure described in (2) has the disadvantage that it requires a great deal of effort to press-fit the joining steel plates, and in the joint structure described in (2) above, when installing the shear connector, it is necessary to A gap is likely to be formed between the circumferential surface and the outer circumferential surface of the shear connector e, and as in (), the relative displacement becomes large, and in order to prevent this, this gap must be filled with adhesive, which is a disadvantage. It was hot. In addition, in the case of the above-mentioned joint structures () and (), there is a drawback that the initial change in the joint part is large because it is easy to fit into the bolt hole of the wooden member and deform when the joint part is applied. The joint structures of (), (), and () have drawbacks in terms of construction accuracy, and strict precision is required for the position of the bolt hole in order to penetrate the bolt or joint steel rod, and this is not met. Otherwise, there was a problem in that the bolt hole had to have an excessively large hole diameter to allow for construction errors.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the device for joining members in a wooden structure according to the present invention has a pair of wooden members sandwiching a joining steel plate having bolt holes, and a joining surface of each wooden member. In addition to drilling conical through holes whose diameter gradually decreases as they reach the end, a truncated conical piece made of steel with a slightly larger diameter than the through hole and having a bolt hole in the axial direction is inserted into each of the through holes. A high-strength bolt is inserted and tightened through the bolt hole of each truncated conical piece and the bolt hole of the joining steel plate.

(Function) Since the present invention is constructed as described above,
A conical hole whose diameter gradually decreases as it reaches the joint surface is drilled into a pair of wooden members with a joining steel plate sandwiched between them, and a steel truncated hole with a slightly larger diameter than the through hole is inserted. The conical pieces were fitted together, and a high-strength bolt was inserted and tightened between the bolt holes provided in the axial direction of each truncated conical piece and the bolt holes of the joining steel plate. Each of the truncated conical pieces is drawn to the joining surface side of each of the wooden members by the bolt, and the end face of the smaller diameter side is crimped to the joining steel plate to be friction-bonded to the steel plate, and each of the truncated conical pieces The outer circumferential surface of the conical piece is pressed into the inner circumferential surface of the conical through hole of each of the wooden members and sinks into it, so that no rattling occurs at the joining surfaces of the two wooden members.

Each of the wooden members 1 is provided with a conical hole 3 whose diameter gradually decreases as it reaches the joint surface, and each of the through holes 3 has a diameter that gradually decreases as it reaches the joint surface, In addition, a truncated conical piece 5 made of steel having a bolt hole 4 at its axis is fitted, and a high force is applied to the bolt hole 4 of each truncated conical piece 5 and the bolt hole of the joining steel plate 2. The two wooden members 1 are joined by inserting a bolt 6 and tightening a nut 7.

Since the illustrated embodiment is configured as described above, as the high-strength bolt 6 is tightened, the pair of truncated conical pieces 5, 5 are drawn toward the joining steel plate 2, and are attached to the steel plate 2. At the same time, the outer peripheral surface of the truncated conical piece is pressed into the inner peripheral surface of the through hole 3 of each wooden member 1, so that the joint portion of the wooden member 1 is bonded by friction. This will not cause any problems.

(Effects of the invention) According to the invention, as described above, a conical transparent hole whose diameter gradually decreases as it reaches the joining surface is formed in a pair of wooden members sandwiching the joining steel plates having bolt holes. A truncated conical piece having a diameter slightly larger than that of the through hole is fitted into the hole, and a bolt hole provided in the axial direction of each truncated conical piece and a bolt hole of the joining steel plate are fitted. Since the wooden members were joined by inserting and tightening high-strength bolts, the truncated conical piece was friction-welded to the joining steel plate, and there was no play in the joint, and the truncated conical piece was The outer circumferential surface of the conical head piece is pressed against the inner circumferential surface of the through hole of the wooden member and sinks into it, so that the amount of relative displacement of the joint against the initial load is reduced.

Furthermore, if the area of the small-diameter end face of the truncated conical piece is increased, even if the bolt hole of the joining steel plate is sufficiently larger than the high-strength bolt hole, the connection between the truncated conical piece and the joining steel plate is increased. Friction welding does not cause problems with the strength and displacement of the joint, and therefore allows for errors in machining and construction of bolt hole positions, greatly simplifying construction.
