Description of the Related Art Conventionally, when steel materials such as beams for construction are joined by abutting each other, a connecting plate is overlapped on a plane portion of two steel materials to be joined, and the connecting plate is fixed to the steel material by bolts. Steel materials are joined. For this reason, there is no cushioning material at the time of fastening between the steel material and the connecting plate, and it is difficult to obtain sufficient fastening strength, and the bolt may be loosened due to vibration after fastening.

That is, in FIG. 2, a rightward force acts on one steel material 1 and a leftward force acts on the other steel material 2. At this time, a relatively opposite force is generated between the steel material and the connection plate 3. For this reason, a lateral force is applied between the steel material and the connecting plate against the frictional force obtained by fastening the bolt, and a force for shearing the bolt is applied to the bolt 4. As described above, in order to maintain the frictional force and prevent the bolts from being sheared when an opposite force is applied to the steel material, conventionally, the steel material and the connecting plate are fastened using a large number of bolts.

は、特に梁材の接合に適したものである。The present invention is characterized in that two steel materials having flat portions are butted, a connecting plate is overlapped over the flat portions of both steel materials, and the connecting plates are fixed to the respective steel materials with bolts. It is the same as a conventional joining device. Here, a wire having a higher compressive strength than the steel is interposed between the flat portion of the steel and the connecting plate, and the wire bites into the steel at the time of bolt fastening, so that the flat portion of the steel and the connecting plate are in close contact with each other. It is like that. It is preferable that the wire is as long as possible, in particular, the length in the direction perpendicular to the steel material to be joined is long. It is preferable that the shape is annular, because the workability is good, but the shape is not necessarily annular. Even if the ring is not completed, workability equivalent to that of the ring can be obtained. Also, two linear wires may be arranged at right angles to the steel. Piano wire is suitable for the wire, and if the wire or the connecting plate is magnetized, it can be temporarily fixed at the time of work, improving workability, and preventing accidents caused by dropping the wire when working at high places (Claim 3). The present invention is particularly suitable for joining beams.

Therefore, the opposite force between the steel and the connecting plate is reduced by the bite. That is, a part of the horizontal force that has conventionally been borne only by the bolt is borne by the wire. For this reason, the frictional force between the steel material and the connecting plate increases, and the force in the shear direction applied to the bolt decreases, so that the same joining strength can be obtained with a smaller number of bolts than in the related art.

A connecting plate 3 is disposed between the front and back surfaces of 2b, and is fastened with a high tension bolt 4 and a nut 5. A piano wire 6 is interposed between the horizontal portion 1a, 2a and vertical portion 1b, 2b of the beam and the front and back connecting plate 3, and the piano wire 6 is connected to the beam 1, 2 and the connecting plate 3. The bite, beams 1 and 2 and the connecting plate 3 are in close contact.

It is preferable that the thickness of the piano wire be cut into the beam and the connecting member to be joined, and be as large as possible as long as the beam and the connecting member adhere to each other at the time of fastening.

That is, since the force between the beam and the connecting plate is first received by the piano wire, the frictional force between the beam and the connecting plate increases. The thickness of the piano wire is about 1 mm or less.
Since the connecting plate 2 and the connecting plate 3 are in close contact with each other, even if the amount of biting of the piano wire into the beam member or the connecting plate is small, it greatly contributes to preventing the force in the opposite direction from being transmitted to the bolt. .

The frictional force between the plate 2 and the connecting plate 3 is large, and the shearing force applied to the bolt is reduced. Therefore, the same strength as the conventional one can be obtained with a smaller number of bolts (about half) than the conventional one.

Further, the wire is not limited to the piano wire as long as it has a hardness that penetrates the steel material to be joined and the connecting plate.
When the connecting plate 3 or the piano wire 6 is magnetized, the piano wire 6 can be temporarily fixed to the connecting plate 3. Therefore, not only the workability is improved, but also the piano wire 6 is not dropped at the time of work, and an accident due to the piano wire falling from a high place can be prevented. The shape of the piano wire 6 can be appropriately selected such as a star, a hexagon, a triangle, a cross, an egg, and a circle.

And the shear force on the bolt decreases. Therefore, the same strength can be obtained with a smaller number of bolts than before.
