Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the dimensional accuracy, appearance and durability by laminating a fibrous mat mixed with heat-setting resin powder to the back face of a wood veneer impregnated with a heat-setting resin and integrally binding together both wood veneer and fibrous mat by self-adhesion through the heat-setting resin simultaneously with the press-molding of the laminate by a press while it is hot. SOLUTION: A single, piece or plural pieces of wood veneer 1, 1 obtained by slicing broad-leaved trees such as Japanese oak beech impregnated previously with a heat-setting resin made up of phenol or epoxy resins, are used. In addition, a pliable, easily deformable and highly rigid fibrous mat 2 which is formed of a mixed fiber of woody fiber and hemp fiber in a mat shape and internally has heat-setting resin powder of phenol or epoxy resin, is laminated on the back face of the wood veneer 1. Further, the laminate is arranged between the top force 3a and the bottom force 3b of a mold, then is pressed using a press and the wood veneers 1, 1 and the fibrous mat 2 are bonded together by themselves into the woody molded board. This board shows high surface hardness, wear resistance, water resistance and heat resistance without joint part and has an uneven pattern formed definitely on the surface.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, when manufacturing two-dimensional or three-dimensional counters, wall panels, floor panels, etc. from wood, each bent part is cut and polished. Is molded and joined, and then painted several times to obtain a product of a predetermined shape. Conventional wooden products require many manufacturing steps, require much labor, are poor in dimensional accuracy, and have joints. There was a problem that durability was poor.
Conventionally, when forming a counter, a wall panel, a floor panel, and the like with a reinforced tree impregnated with a resin, since a degree of freedom in forming the reinforced tree is not so large, a large bent portion is formed. Since this is formed by assembling and shaving, it is difficult to manufacture a small round-shaped product, and there is a problem that it is expensive.

Since the fibrous mat 2 has a cushioning property when pressed with a press mold, it prevents sudden deformation when the upper mold 3a is tightened to the lower mold 3b side and prevents cracking of the wooden veneer 1. The moisture contained in the wooden veneer 1 is converted into water vapor, and the fibrous mat 2
Since it can pass through the inside and escape to the outside, good molding can be performed without explosion due to water vapor at the time of heat molding. Therefore, the counter K conventionally formed by joining the portions can be integrally press-formed as shown in FIG. 3, and at the same time, the wooden veneer 1 and the fibrous mat 2 can be bonded and integrated. A back guard portion Kb that rises substantially at a right angle is formed integrally with the rear end of the horizontal portion Ka as shown in FIG.
An apron portion Kc hanging down substantially at a right angle can be integrally formed at the front end of the first portion, and the projection portion Kd can also be formed integrally at the same time as a protruding shape from the horizontal portion Ka. That is, if the press mold 3a is formed with irregularities, the wooden veneer 1 on the front side can be formed with irregularities such as the projections Kd during press molding, and an irregular pattern can be formed on the surface. is there.
