【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 内部を物品収納部とするシートベース上
にシートクッションを設けるとともにシートベースの後
部にリクライニング金具を介してシートバックを取付け
た車両用シートにおいて、前記シートクッションをシー
トベースの前端に起伏自在に枢着して前記物品収納部の
蓋と座の両機能を有する正常状態と、物品収納部の上部
開口を開放した起立状態の2態様に切替可能とする一
方、前記リクライニング金具には、シートバックの下端
が前記シートクッションの後部上面にあってシートクッ
ションの跳ね上げ阻止機能を発揮する正常起立位置と、
前記跳ね上げ阻止機能が解かれる後部位置との2位置に
起立保持されるように切替可能な切替機構を組み込んで
あることを特徴とする車両用シート。
1. A vehicle seat in which a seat cushion is provided on a seat base having an interior as an article storage portion and a seat back is attached to a rear portion of the seat base via a reclining metal fitting, wherein the seat cushion is provided at a front end of the seat base. The reclining metal fitting is capable of switching between a normal state in which the article storage unit has both functions of a lid and a seat by swinging up and down, and a standing state in which an upper opening of the article storage unit is opened. A normal standing position in which the lower end of the seat back is on the rear upper surface of the seat cushion and exhibits a function of preventing the seat cushion from jumping up,
A vehicle seat incorporating a switching mechanism capable of switching so as to be held upright at two positions, that is, a rear position where the flip-up preventing function is released.

トベースに取付けられたロアアームにリクライニング用
のアッパアームを連結してこのアッパアームにロック付
きヒンジ機構を介して前倒可能な中折れアームを連結し
たものとして、この中折れアームにシートバックが取付
けられている請求項1に記載の車両用シート。
