Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a molding comprising parallel blades having uniform thickness and inter-blade interval in which parallel split plates are not tilted by arranging a core having a large number of parallel split plates in a cavity and forming a coupling part in the gap between a pair of parallel split plates at least under a gate thereby integrating them. SOLUTION: A core 5 having a large number of parallel split plates 5a is arranged in a cavity 4 and coupling part 7, 8 are formed at two positions in the gap between two parallel split plates 5a under a gate 6 thus integrating them. Resin is then fed from the gate 6 into the cavity 4 at high speed under high pressure and a blade 9a under the gate 6 is filled with the resin. Since two parallel split plates 5a are integrated at that part, they are rigid and not subjected to deformation. When the resin begins to flow to the left and right, resin flow is accelerated in that direction resulting in a molding 9 having uniform second and subsequent blades 9a.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a mold apparatus for injection molding a resin molded product having a large number of parallel blades. Here, as an example of a resin molded product having a large number of parallel blades, a temporary ink storage member used for a fountain pen, a direct liquid type writing instrument, or the like, or an ink jet printer which has recently been spotlighted. There is a temporary ink storage member used, or an ink storage member that allows ink to penetrate a pad such as a stamp.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a mold apparatus for injection molding of a resin molded article having a large number of parallel blades, a mold apparatus as shown in FIGS. 4 to 6 is known. Inside the cavity 10, a core composed of a number of parallel split plates 11 is provided. The thickness of the parallel blades of the molded product is determined by the length of the interval between the parallel split plates 11, and the interval between the parallel blades is determined by the thickness of the parallel split plate 11.

As shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, when the resin starts flowing from the gate 12 into the mold cavity 10 at a high speed and a high pressure as shown in FIGS. It easily flows between the parallel split plates 11 under the gate, and flows in the left-right direction when the flowing resistance increases. Before flowing to the left and right parallel split plates 11, the parallel split plates 11 under the gate fall right and left. Left and right second parallel split plate 1
Since the space between 1 and the parallel dividing plate 11 below the gate is narrow, it is difficult to flow, and further flows in the left-right direction. When it flows to the third left and right parallel split plates 11, it does not flow to the second parallel split plate 11, so it falls down to the second parallel split plate 11 side. In this way, the resin is filled between the parallel split plates 11, but the blades whose thickness is different and whose upper portion is narrower are stretched or torn when releasing, and the parallel split plates 11 are left-right direction. There was a problem that the repetitive stress was applied to cause breakage.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to solve the above-mentioned problems by providing a core having a plurality of parallel split plates in a cavity, and at least two parallel split plates below a gate. The connection part is formed in the gap of the above and integrated.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail based on one embodiment shown in FIGS. Reference numeral 1 denotes a fixed die, and reference numerals 2 and 3 denote split dies. A core 5 having a number of parallel split plates 5a is disposed in a cavity 4 as shown in FIGS. Two connecting portions 7 and 8 are formed between the gap portions of the two parallel split plates 5a to be integrated.

Next, the operation will be described. The resin starts flowing into the cavity 4 from the gate 6 at high speed and high pressure, and the filling of the blade 9a under the gate 6 starts. The parallel split plate 5a at that portion is not deformed because the two plates are integral and strong. Next, the resin flows in the left-right direction. Once it starts to flow in the left and right direction, it becomes easier to flow in that direction. A molded article 9 having uniform second and subsequent blades 9a is obtained.

According to the present invention, a core having a large number of parallel split plates is provided in a cavity, and a connecting portion is formed at least in a gap between two parallel split plates below a gate to be integrated. Thus, a molded product having parallel blades having a uniform thickness and an interval without a parallel split plate falling down can be obtained. Further, since the parallel split plate does not fall, the blades of the molded product can be reliably prevented from undercut and coming off, and the parallel split plate is not damaged by repeated stress.
