有する樹脂成形品の射出成形用金型装置に関する。ここ
で、多数の平行羽根を有する樹脂成形品の1例として
は、万年筆や直液式筆記具などに使用されている一時的
なインキ貯留部材、或いは、近年、脚光を浴びているイ
ンキジェットプリンタに使用される一時的なインキ貯留
部材、或いはスタンプなどのパットにインキを浸透させ
るインキ貯留部材がある。BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. は、多数の平行分割割板11からなるコアが配設されて
いる。この平行分割板11の間隔の長さによって成形品
の平行羽根の厚さが決まるものであり、また、平行分割
板11の厚さによって平行羽根の間隔が決まるものであ

至図6に示す如く、ゲート12から高速・高圧で樹脂が
金型のキャビティー10内に流入し始めると、流入した
樹脂13は直進し易く、ゲート下の平行分割板11間に
流れ込み、流れる抵抗が大きくなると左右方向に流れ
る。左右に平行分割板11に流れる前にゲート下の平行
分割板11は左右に倒れる。左右2番目の平行分割板1
1とゲート下の平行分割板11の間は狭くなっているの
で流れ難く、更に左右方向に流れる。左右3番目の平行
分割板11に流れると2番側の平行分割板11に流れて
いないので、2番目の平行分割板11側へ倒される。こ
のようにして平行分割板11間に樹脂が充填されるが羽
根の厚みがバラバラで上部が狭くなっている羽根は離型
の際のびたり、ちぎれたりし、又平行分割板11には左
右方向の繰返し応力が働き破損するという問題点があっ

有する成形品が得られる。又、平行分割板が倒れないの
で成形品の羽根がアンダーカットになって抜けることを
確実に防止でき、平行分割板が繰返し応力で破損するこ
