本発明は、多数の平行羽根を有する樹脂成形品の射出成形用金型装置に関する。ここで、多数の平行羽根を有する樹脂成形品の1例としては、万年筆や直液式筆記具などに使用されている一時的なインキ貯留部材、或いは、近年、脚光を浴びているインキジェットプリンタに使用される一時的なインキ貯留部材、或いはスタンプなどのパットにインキを浸透させるインキ貯留部材がある。

【従来の技術】
従来、多数の平行羽根を有する樹脂成形品の射出成形用金型装置として、図4乃至図6に示すような金型装置が知られている。キャビティー10の内部は、多数の平行分割割板11からなるコアが配設されている。この平行分割板11の間隔の長さによって成形品の平行羽根の厚さが決まるものであり、また、平行分割板11の厚さによって平行羽根の間隔が決まるものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記従来技術は図4乃至図6に示す如く、ゲート12から高速・高圧で樹脂が金型のキャビティー10内に流入し始めると、流入した樹脂13は直進し易く、ゲート下の平行分割板11間に流れ込み、流れる抵抗が大きくなると左右方向に流れる。左右に平行分割板11に流れる前にゲート下の平行分割板11は左右に倒れる。左右2番目の平行分割板11とゲート下の平行分割板11の間は狭くなっているので流れ難く、更に左右方向に流れる。左右3番目の平行分割板11に流れると2番側の平行分割板11に流れていないので、2番目の平行分割板11側へ倒される。
このようにして平行分割板11間に樹脂が充填されるが羽根の厚みがバラバラで上部が狭くなっている羽根は離型の際のびたり、ちぎれたりし、又平行分割板11には左右方向の繰返し応力が働き破損するという問題点があった。

本発明は上記問題点を解決することを目的とし、キャビティー内に多数の平行分割板を有するコアを配設し、ゲートに位置する隣り合う2枚の平行分割板連結部によって連結したことを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の実施の形態を図1乃至図3に示した一実施例に基づいて詳細に説明する。
1は固定金型、2,3は割金型で、そのキャビティー4内には図2,3に示すように多数の平行分割板5aを有するコア5を配設し、ゲート6の下の2枚の平行分割板5aの間隙部間に2個所連結部7,8を形成して一体化している。

次に作用について説明する。
ゲート6から高速・高圧で樹脂がキャビティー4内へ流し始め、ゲート6下の羽根9aの充填が始まる。その部分の平行分割板5aは2枚一体で強固なので変形しない。次いで、左右方向へ樹脂が流れる。一度左右方向へ流れ始めるとその方向に流れ易くなる。2枚目以降の羽根9aが均等な成形品9が得られる。

【発明の効果】
本発明は、キャビティー内に多数の平行分割板を有するコアを配設し、ゲートに位置する隣り合う2枚の平行分割板連結部によって連結してあるので、平行分割板が倒れず均一な厚み、間隔の平行羽根を有する成形品が得られる。又、平行分割板が倒れないので成形品の羽根がアンダーカットになって抜けることを確実に防止でき、平行分割板が繰返し応力で破損することもない。
