自在とされると共に、その先部は係着部材13・14を
介してシ−ト本体2外面に反転状に仮止め自在とされて
いるから、シ−ト本体2を長手方向に沿って2つ折状に
折曲せしめ、その両端部に各々折曲側から開放側に向け
てクリップ16を取付け部材8により取付けると共に、
シ−ト本体2の開放側を開放すべくシ−ト部材3を折返
して反転せしめ、その先部を係着部材13・14でもっ
てシ−ト本体2外面に仮止めせしめたのち、両端のクリ
ップ16を拡開作動せしめ、シ−ト本体2の開放側を大
きく拡開して所要の被防護物30に嵌合せしめると共
に、クリップ16でもって挾持せしめたのち、シ−ト部
材3の仮止めを解放して折返しつつシ−ト本体2外面に
巻付けて巻着せしめるという極めて簡単な操作でもっ
て、絶縁シ−ト1を引下げ線30などの被防護物に迅
速、かつ確実に、しかも作業能率よく取付けることが出
来るものである。また、クリップ16を横方向及び下方
向の両方向より挾持することが出来る作業車のゴンドラ
等と被防護物との位置関係により、適宜挾持方向を変え
ることが出来るものである。

リップ16を取付けるべくその両端に各々取付け部材8
が設けられ、他方、シ−ト部材3はシ−ト本体2との境
界線に沿って折返し自在とされると共に、その先部は係
着部材13・14を介してシ−ト本体2外面に反転状に
仮止め自在とされてなることを特徴とする、引下げ線な
