Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fall-off preventive device of a steel tower for overhead power transmission cables, with which it is possible to go up and down the steel tower safely without use of any lifeline fitted with a safety device by equipping the steel tower itself with this fall-off preventive device. SOLUTION: A fall-off preventive device 8 consisting of a number of frames 8a surrounding the person to go up and down and to serve as a back support is installed along a tower lifting facility 7 in the form, for example of a ladder, furnished on a steel tower. Steps 7a of the lifting facility 7 and each frame 8a constitute a ring. Even in case the person going up and down sets off his foot by mistake or separates his hand off, the hand or foot is hitched certainly with any frame 8a, and the device exerts a fall-off preventive function effectively. Thus the person can go up and down safely with no use of a lifeline fitted with a safety device.

FIG. 1 is a block diagram showing an embodiment of the present invention.
This will be described with reference to the embodiments shown in FIGS. FIG. 1 is a front view of a tower 1 for an overhead transmission line provided with a fall prevention device 8 according to one embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a side view of the same. The electric wires 2 are supported at the tips of the left and right arm members 1 b of the steel tower 1 via suspension chains 4. This embodiment is provided with a ladder-like elevating tower equipment 7 comprising a number of steps 7a installed in a manner penetrating up and down the inside of the steel tower 1 as clearly shown in FIGS. 3, 4 and 5. This is applied to the steel tower 1. In the case of the embodiment, the fall prevention device 8 of the present invention is
FIG. 3, which is a cross-sectional view, FIG. 4, and FIG. 5, which are BB cross-sectional views
As shown in the figure, step 7a of the elevating tower equipment 7 which is a ladder
Each of the frame members 8 forms a ring shape with this step 7a and surrounds the ascending and descending person and serves as a backrest.
a is fixed at equal intervals. As shown in FIG. 6, the size of the ring formed by the frame 8a and the step 7a should be large enough to allow a person to move up and down.
These elevating tower equipment 7 and fall prevention device 8 are formed of the same constituent material as the steel tower 1. The elevating tower equipment 7 (step 7a) and the fall prevention device 8 (frame 8a) are shown in FIG.
May be provided at a position indicated by a two-dot chain line.

In the above-mentioned steel tower 1, the fall prevention device 8
As the frame 8a that surrounds the elevating person who goes up and down the ladder-like elevating tower equipment 7 and is fixed at intervals up and down, the person accidentally steps off his / her feet or slips his hand. Even in this case, the limb is caught on the frame 8a and has an effect of preventing the limb from falling. Therefore, it is possible to go up and down without a lifeline with a safety device.

Incidentally, the tower design is designed such that a predetermined electrical separation distance e (see FIG. 1) is ensured between the electric wire 2 and the tower 1 side even when the electric wire 2 rolls due to wind or earthquake. However, in this embodiment, the elevating tower equipment 7 and the fall prevention device 8 are installed inside the steel tower 1, and there is no equipment installed outside the steel tower 1. The line width R (the interval between the left and right electric wires 2) can be reduced while the distance e is secured, and the tower can be made more compact.

In the embodiment, the step 7a of the ladder and the frame 8a are formed in a ring shape. However, the steps 7a and the frame 8a may be arranged in a staggered manner.
Also, the step 7a and the frame 8a do not necessarily have to correspond one-to-one. Further, as in the case of the frame body 8a in the case of the step bolt 9a in FIG. 7, the frame body alone may be independently formed in a ring shape.

According to the present invention, a crash prevention device is constructed by arranging a large number of vertically spaced frames which surround the elevating person ascending and descending the ascending and descending tower equipment. Even if the foot is stepped off or the hand is slipped, the limb is always caught on the frame, and the fall prevention function is effectively provided. Since the tower itself is equipped with a fall prevention device, it can be moved up and down without a lifeline with a safety device.
It is easy for people to ascend and descend and can always safely ascend and descend.
