2. Description of the Related Art In conventional slope work, a descending rope is lowered from a rope anchor provided above the slope toward the ground, and a part of the descending rope can be engaged with a slope work safety belt worn by an operator. This method was based on a slope work method in which a worker descends from above the slope to the ground while loosening the connection to the descent rope as needed. When the slope work safety belt was attached to the descent rope, the descent rope also served as a safety rope to protect workers from falling.

[0003] However, in many cases, a slope operation only by descent is not sufficient. In Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. H11-036309, a lifting wire lowered from above the slope is placed in front of the worker. A technology is disclosed in which a slope operation can be performed while ascending by making it possible to wind up with an arranged winch. The operator himself can move up and down along the slope while operating the winch. In this disclosure, there is also disclosed a technique of installing a lateral movement wire above a slope so as to further allow movement in the left-right direction.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The above-mentioned Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-036309
In No. 1, during the execution of the slope work, the worker is suspended on a lifting wire lowered from above the slope. In the above-mentioned state, it is possible to move in the left-right direction within the range in which the lifting wire swings, and the work efficiency of the slope work is not so much affected even without the wire for lateral movement. On the other hand, lifting and lowering using a winch is a desirable work method because it greatly improves the work efficiency of the slope work, which has only been performed in the past. However, even if the winch for lifting and lowering is downsized, there is a problem that the presence of the winch in front of the worker hinders the slope work. Therefore, in order to improve practical work efficiency with a simpler configuration, a slope work method capable of ascending and descending was studied, and at the same time, a slope work safety belt suitable for this slope work method was developed.

As a result of the examination, when a worker performs a slope operation while ascending and descending along a slope extending from the ground, a lifting wire for assisting the worker to ascend and descend is a winch fixed to the ground. The wire is pulled out from the wire, routed to a wire relay provided above the slope, lowered to the ground, and the end of the lift wire is connected to a slope safety belt to be worn by a worker, and the lift wire is fed or wound by a winch. We have developed a slope work method that assists workers who walk on the slope by taking up and down. A pulley can be exemplified as the wire relay device. When the slope to be constructed has a peak, the wire relay device is installed on the top if the slope is not, otherwise the wire relay is installed above the slope to be constructed.

According to the slope working method of the present invention, the lifting amount of the lifting wire lowered from above the slope is adjusted to assist the worker connected to the lifting wire to move up and down. Since the elevating wire can be freely unreeled by a wire relay (pulley), the winch is fixed on the ground, and the elevating wire is lifted from above the slope through the wire relay installed at least above the slope. Can be dropped off.
Depending on the construction site, a wire relay may be provided between the winch and the upper side of the slope or between the upper side of the slope and the operator, and the feeding direction of the lifting wire may be appropriately changed. Since the winch is fixed on the ground, it is only necessary to transport the winch to the construction site by a work vehicle, eliminating the need to transport the winch above the slope, eliminating the restriction on the size of the winch, and ensuring the safety of workers lifting and lowering. Can be enhanced.

In the above-mentioned conventional example (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-036309), a worker integrated with a winch arranged in front of the worker's waist is moved up and down. For this reason, the winch existing in front of the worker was in the way, but in the present invention, since only the end of the lifting wire is connected to the worker (slope safety belt), the front of the worker is wide. It has been released, making slope work easier to carry out. Further, in the above-mentioned conventional example, in order to ensure the feeding or winding of the elevating wire by the winch, the operator must deposit his weight in the winch, and the operator must move up and down in accordance with the feeding or winding of the elevating wire. On the other hand, the feeding or winding of the lifting wire according to the present invention has a function of compensating for the lifting force against the gravity applied to the operator or reducing the descending speed. This is because the tension on the winch may be generated between the winch and the wire relay. That is, the worker basically moves up and down so as to walk on the slope, and uses the feeding or winding of the up-and-down wire as an auxiliary force for smoothing up and down.

[0008] Even if it is used as an auxiliary, since the lifting wire gives the lifting force to the worker against the gravity, the slope work safety belt connecting the ends of the lifting wire should be designed so as not to tighten the worker. Is preferred. Specifically, an upper belt wound around and attached to the waist of the body, a lower belt wrapped around and attached to the lower part of the waist of the body, and a connecting belt for connecting the upper belt and the lower belt at intervals. When,
A slope work safety belt including a lifting wire connecting portion that connects at least both ends of the lower belt while keeping the width thereof slightly smaller than the width of the buttocks of the operator is used.

In the above-mentioned slope work safety belt, it is preferable that a safety rope connecting portion of a safety rope suspended from a wire anchor installed above the slope is provided on the upper belt, the lower belt or the lifting wire connecting portion. In practice, a work mode in which a worker is directly lifted by a winch is prohibited due to the problem of safety standards. Therefore, it is necessary to use a safety rope separately. This safety rope is intended to prevent the worker from dropping in parallel with the lifting wire. The safety rope is lowered from the wire anchor provided above the slope to the ground, and the safety rope is attached to the middle of the safety rope by the worker. Is connected so as to be able to be engaged. The safety rope connecting portion provided in the slope work safety belt is composed of a slide chuck that holds the safety rope in the longitudinal direction,
The slide chuck can move up and down along the safety rope in a state substantially parallel to the direction in which the safety rope extends, and cannot engage in the safety rope in the direction in which the safety rope extends and cannot descend.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is an explanatory view of an implementation state of a slope working method to which the present invention is applied, FIG. 2 is a side view showing a vertically moving state of an operator 1 in the slope working method, and FIG. 3 is a method used in the slope working method. FIG. 4 is a partially broken plan view showing an example of a surface work safety belt 2. In this example, two direction change pulleys 7 and 7 (wire relay devices) are attached to a tree 6 at a top 5 of a slope 4 extending from the ground 3, the vehicle is stopped on the ground 3, and the position of the work vehicle 8 is fixed. The elevating wire 10 extended from the winch 9 is turned by the turning pulley 7, and the elevating wire 10 is lowered from the top 5 toward the ground 3. Also, the safety rope 11
Similarly, a wire anchor 12 is fixed to a tree 6 at the top 5 and is lowered from the top 5 toward the ground 3.

In this example, as shown in FIG. 1, a generator 13, a winch 9 and a center pulley 14 are mounted on a work vehicle 8 for carrying tools required for the slope work, and the work for engaging in the slope work is performed. The person 1 and the ground worker 15 operating the winch 9 and the like form a pair to perform a slope operation. The winch 9 is provided with a control unit 16. In this example, the ground worker 15 operates with a wired remote controller 17. For example, a worker who engages in a slope work has a wireless remote controller to perform work. The person may perform his own operation. Since both the ground worker 15 and the slope worker 1 can operate the winch, it is easy to take an emergency response such as an operation error or a failure of the winch, and the advantage of improving safety can be obtained (fail safe). The center pulley 14 receives the load applied to the lifting wire 10 at the time of lifting and lowering instead of the winch 9, and prevents the load from being directly applied to the winch 9.

The lifting wire 10 is wrapped around the two pulleys 7 and 7 from the center pulley 14 and lowered from the top 5 to the ground 3, and is connected to the slope work safety belt 2 worn by the worker 1. The ends are connected. The number of turn pulleys 7 is one
There may be only a group or three or more groups. As the construction object of the slope 4 changes in the left-right direction, the number of the direction change pulleys 7 is increased or decreased, and the position where the lifting wire 10 is lowered is changed. In this case, the safety rope 11 also changes the position of the wire anchor 12 along with the turning pulley 7 for lowering the lifting wire 10.

In practice, it is troublesome to frequently change the positions of the turning pulley 7 and the wire anchor 12. Here, in the slope working method of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1, the worker 1 hung on the lifting wire 10 dropped from the turning pulley 7 swings itself to the right and left, so that a certain range is obtained. Slope work in the horizontal direction can be performed. If the winch is provided in front of the operator's waist, it becomes difficult to wind the winch if it swings right and left. However, in the present invention, a direction change pulley 7 (wire relay device) is provided between the operator 1 and the winch 9. Because of the interposition, the run-out of the worker 1 does not affect the winding of the winch 9.

The slope 4 is rarely a vertical plane, and usually has many steep slopes as shown in FIG. In the present invention, the winding of the winch 9 has a function of supplementing the lifting force, and the feeding of the winch 9 has a function of relaxing the descending speed so as to assist the worker to move up and down on the slope 4. In this way, the worker 1 does not completely deposit the body on the lifting wire 10 but basically grasps and supports the slope 4 with his / her feet.
In this example, the end of the lifting wire 10 is connected to the slope safety belt 2, and the slide rope is connected to the slope safety belt 2 so that the middle of the safety rope can be engaged.
In the slide chuck 18, a claw (not shown) provided integrally with the lever 19 firmly clamps the safety rope 11 to maintain the engaged state, and when the lever 19 is pushed, the claw is released and the engaged state can be released. . For this reason, at the time of lifting and lowering, the worker 1 presses the lever 19 to release the engagement state of the safety rope 11 by the slide chuck 18.

The slope work safety belt 2 of this embodiment has a structure shown in FIG. Specifically, the upper belt 20 that is wound around and attached to the waist of the body, the lower belt 21 that is wrapped around and attached to the lower part of the waist of the body, and the upper belt 20 and the lower belt 21 are spaced apart from each other. A connecting belt 22 for connecting,
At least both ends of the lower belt 21 are connected to a lifting wire connecting portion 23 which is connected while keeping the width slightly smaller than the width of the buttocks of the operator. The lifting wire 10 is inserted into the center hole of the lifting wire connection 23.
2 (see FIG. 2, the same applies hereinafter), and a slide chuck 18 (safety rope connecting portion) is attached to an auxiliary rope 24 extending from a hole next to the hole. The reason why the connecting position of the lifting wire 10 and the safety rope 11 to the slope work safety belt 2 is different is to provide an interval between them to prevent entanglement at the time of lifting and lowering.

According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a slope working method which enables a worker to easily ascend and descend with a simple configuration and also improves the working efficiency of the slope working. The slope working method of the present invention does not have any special equipment, and the installation mode does not require special conditions. Unlike the conventional method, the direction of the lifting wire is changed, and the installation of a wire relay for lowering the lifting wire from above the slope is added. However, the installation is easy and the cost is low. The greatest effect of the present invention is that the front face of the worker is largely open, and the slope work itself can be easily performed. As a result, the present invention can be applied to more slope work. As described above, the present invention has an effect of increasing the efficiency of the slope work for more slope works.
