ンガー体の内部に配設された芯線の超弾性により、補聴
器自体を一定の最適荷重の下で確実に装着することが可
能となるので、栓体を外耳孔内に密着して挿入できず
に、ハウリング現象を引き起こして、補聴機能が十分に
得られなくなったり、使用者が痛みを受ける心配がなく
なった。従って、オーダーメイドの必要がなくなること
は言うまでもないが、芯線が超弾性を有することは、上
記効果に加えて、その超弾性領域で作用させる限り、永
久変形する心配がないので、この点からも、経済的な補
聴器を提供できることとなる。

外耳孔内に挿入される栓体と、補聴器本体と栓体を連結
するハンガー体とからなる耳かけ式補聴器において、補
聴器本体は、耳介の後部と頭側部間に入り込む鋭角縁部
を有し、ハンガー体は、その内部全長に超弾性を有する
芯線を配設して、当該芯線の一端部を補聴器本体に対し
て回転不能に固定したことを特徴とする耳かけ式補聴
器。
