音響的に結合してなる耳かけ式補聴器に関するも
のである。

は、従来、第2図に示すように、音導路5aを有
するL字状の結合部材5によつて導音チユーブ4
と耳せん3とを結合、構成されていた。かような
構成になる従来のものにあつては、結合部材5に
対する耳せん3の角度が常に一定であることか
ら、補聴器使用者にとつては、自己の外耳道の曲
がりに沿つた耳せん3の適切な挿着が、常に達成
できるとは限らず、耳せん3が軟質の合成樹脂で
形成されているとはいえ、なお耳せん3と外耳道
との適合の不完全に起因してハウリングを招く等
の問題があつた。そもそも、人間の外耳道の曲が
り具合は個人差があつて千差万別であり、従来の
耳かけ式補聴器のように結合部材5に対す耳せん
3の角度を一定にした構成は、かかる個人差に対
する配慮を欠如していたものということができ
る。このような従来の構成になる耳かけ式補聴器
の使用者は、往々にしてハウリングを防ごうとし
て耳せんを外耳道に強く押し込むことがあるが、
そのために外耳道壁で耳せんの音孔をふさぎ、目
的を達しえなかつたり、あるいは、耳せんが外耳
道に十分に適合していないために、会話や食事に
伴う顎の運動によつて耳せんが外耳道から脱落す
る等の問題があつた。
