Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it easy to install a light source bulb and to reduce the space occupied exclusively by a plate spring member. SOLUTION: As a means to attach a light source bulb 4 to a holder part 13, a plate spring member 5 comprising a spring main body formed into a simple plate shape is used. As a result, when the elastic engaging part 53 of the spring main body is engaged with or disengaged from the engaging part 19 of the holder part 13 in which the light source bulb 4 has been set, the spring main body is not pressed against nor hooked to the light source bulb 4. Moreover. by rotating the spring main body and engaging the elastic engaging part 53 with the engaging part 19 while the elastic abutting part 52 of the spring main body is made to abut to the mounting flange part 44 of the light source bulb 4, the light source bulb 4 can be attached to the holder part 13, so that the plate spring member 5 is easy to handle. Thus, the light source bulb 4 is easy to install. Since the plate spring member 5 is comprised of the spring main body formed into a simple plate shape, the space occupied exclusively by the plate spring member 5 can be reduced.

As described above, the vehicle lamp of the present invention uses a leaf spring member composed of a spring body formed in a simple plate shape as means for attaching the light source bulb to the holder. When the elastic engaging portion of the spring main body is engaged with the engaging portion of the holder portion on which the light source bulb is set, the spring main body does not hit or catch on the light source bulb. Moreover, in a state where the elastic contact portion is in contact with the mounting flange portion of the light source bulb, the spring body is rotated around the plate thickness direction to engage the elastic engaging portion with the engaging portion of the holder portion. Accordingly, the light source bulb can be attached to the holder portion, so that the leaf spring member can be easily handled. Therefore, attachment of the light source bulb is easy.

As described above, the vehicular lamp according to the present invention in this embodiment has a leaf spring constituted by a simple plate-shaped spring body 50 as means for attaching the light source bulb 4 to the holder portion 13. Since the member 5 is used, when the elastic engaging portion 53 of the spring main body 50 is engaged with the engaging portion 19 of the holder portion 13 in which the light source bulb 4 is set, the spring main body 50 No hits or snags. Moreover, in a state where the elastic contact portion 52 is in contact with the mounting flange portion 44 of the light source bulb 4, the spring body 50 is rotated around the plate thickness direction so that the elastic engaging portion 53 is engaged with the holder portion 13. Since the light source bulb 4 can be attached to the holder section 13 by engaging with the section 19, handling of the leaf spring member 5 is simple.
Therefore, attachment of the light source bulb 4 is easy.

Further, in the above-described embodiment, a description has been given of the vehicle lamp in which the lamp housing and the reflector are integrated. However, the vehicle lamp of the present invention includes the lamp housing and the reflector as in the above-described conventional example. However, the present invention can also be applied to a separate vehicle lamp. In this case, the holder and the engaging portion are provided on a reflector separate from the lamp housing.

As is apparent from the above description, the vehicular lamp of the present invention uses a leaf spring member formed of a simple plate-shaped spring body as a means for attaching the light source bulb to the holder. Therefore, when the elastic engaging portion of the spring main body is engaged with the engaging portion of the holder portion on which the light source bulb is set, the spring main body does not hit or catch on the light source bulb.
