Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it harder to disconnect a caulked coupling, even if a force directed to draw into a penetrated hole were acted onto an expanded diameter deformed part of the projection of a river member caulked into the penetrated hole of a coupling member, whenever coupling a male/female snap is disconnected. SOLUTION: This plastic coupling member 4A (4B) for snap fasteners is made to have a male or female coupling part 2A (2B) on the surface of a plastic substrate 1A (1B), at the center of which 2A (2B) a circular penetrated hole is opened so as to be fitted to a flexible diaphragm by inserting thereinto the projection of a rivet member hammered in from one side of the flexible diaphragm and by striking at the projection tip to deform the expanded diameter inside the coupling part. A low annular raised-part 7A (7B) is then formed integrally into one on the surface of the plastic substrate 1A (1B) and at the penetrated hole edge.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a circular shape having a male or female fitting portion formed on the surface of a synthetic resin substrate, and having an inner peripheral surface substantially parallel to the axis at the center of the fitting portion. A through-hole is formed, and a synthetic resin protrusion of a rivet member driven from one side of the flexible film body is inserted into the through-hole, and the projecting tip is hit to deform the diameter in the fitting portion. Thus, the present invention relates to a synthetic resin fitting member for a snap fastener, which is configured to be attached to a flexible film body.

2. Description of the Related Art FIG. 10 shows an example of a snap fastener constituted by using a conventional synthetic resin fitting member. In such a snap fastener, when two female and male snaps B and A are disengaged from each other by holding two flexible membranes (for example, around the front and back of clothes) C and C, respectively. A force in the direction of drawing into the through holes 3A, 3B acts on the enlarged diameter deformed portions of the protrusions 6A, 6B of the rivet members 5A, 5B which are caulked to the edges of the through holes 3A, 3B of the joining members 4A, 4B. As a result, the protrusions 6A and 6B may come off unexpectedly (the connection state of the rivet members 5A and 5B and the fitting members 4A and 4B due to the crimping of the protrusion ends may be separated).
This tendency is caused by the fact that, when the flexible film bodies C, C are made of a thick material such as jeans, the protrusions 6A, 6B at the time of caulking work.
Since the amount of protrusion of the distal end from the through holes 3A and 3B is reduced, the volume of the enlarged diameter deformed portion is reduced accordingly, and it appears more remarkably.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention solves the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks, and a rivet member which is crimped to the edge of the through hole of each fitting member when the female and male snaps are disengaged. Combination for snap fasteners, so that even if a force in the direction of pulling into the through hole acts on the enlarged diameter deformed portion of the projection, the connection state of the rivet member and the fitting member by crimping at the tip of the projection is difficult to separate. An object is to provide a resin fitting member.

According to the present invention, a male or female fitting portion is formed on the surface of a synthetic resin substrate, and a shaft center is provided at the center of the fitting portion. A circular through-hole having an inner peripheral surface substantially parallel to the hole is formed, and a synthetic resin protrusion of a rivet member driven from one side of the flexible film body is inserted into the through-hole, and the projecting tip is hit. In the fitting member made of synthetic resin for a snap fastener, which is configured to be attached to the flexible film body by expanding and deforming the diameter in the fitting portion, the through-hole is formed on the surface side of the synthetic resin substrate and the through hole. It is characterized in that a short annular ridge is integrally formed on the edge.

According to the above arrangement, when the projection of the rivet member is inserted into the through hole of the fitting member and the tip of the projection is expanded and deformed by impact (when crimped), the edge of the through hole is formed. Is in a state in which the annular protruding portion is recessed into the enlarged diameter deforming portion at the tip of the projection (the annular protruding portion is embedded in the enlarged diameter deforming portion at the tip of the projection).

Therefore, when disengaging the female and male snaps,
When a force in the direction of drawing into the through-hole acts on the enlarged-diameter deformed portion of the projection of the rivet member that is crimped to the edge of the through-hole of each fitting member, the annular bulge is formed by the enlarged-diameter deformed portion. It is pulled down inside, and the inner diameter at the upper end position of the annular ridge, that is, the substantial inner diameter of the through hole is reduced, and the function of preventing the projection from falling off is exhibited. For this reason, it is difficult for the rivet member and the fitting member to be separated from each other by the crimping of the tip of the projection.

In the present invention, the case where the inner surface of the annular protruding portion is flush with the inner peripheral surface of the through hole (located on an extension of the inner peripheral surface), and the case where the inner surface of the annular protruding portion is formed inside the through hole. In some cases, the protrusion protrudes slightly toward the center of the through-hole than the peripheral surface, and the latter more remarkably exerts the above-described retaining function. The annular ridge may be continuous over the entire length of the through hole in the circumferential direction, or may be discontinuous in the circumferential direction of the through hole. Further, the surface of the synthetic resin substrate around the through hole may be flat (perpendicular to the axis), and may be formed on a trumpet-like inclined surface that is upwardly inclined above the edge of the through hole. Alternatively, a rising inner peripheral surface that is concentric with the through hole and substantially parallel to the inner peripheral surface of the through hole may be formed at the upper end of the trumpet-shaped inclined surface.

As described above, according to the present invention, an annular short ridge is integrally formed at the edge of the through hole.
When the female and male snaps are disengaged, when a force in the direction of pulling into the through hole acts on the enlarged-diameter deformed portion of the projection of the rivet member which is crimped to the edge of the through hole of the fitting member, the annular protrusion is formed. The part is pulled down toward the inside of the through-hole by the enlarged diameter deforming part, and the inner diameter at the upper end position of the annular ridge (substantially the inner diameter of the through-hole) is reduced. Therefore, there is an effect that it is difficult for the rivet member and the fitting member to be separated from each other by the crimping of the tip of the projection.

A male or female fitting portion is formed on the surface of the synthetic resin substrate, and a circular through hole having an inner peripheral surface substantially parallel to the axis is formed at the center of the fitting portion; By inserting a synthetic resin protrusion of a rivet member driven from one side of the flexible film body into the through-hole and hitting the protruding tip portion to expand and deform the inside of the fitting portion, the flexible film is formed. A synthetic resin fitting member for a snap fastener configured to be attached to a body, wherein a short-shaped annular ridge is integrally formed on the surface of the synthetic resin substrate and at an edge of a through hole. A fitting member for a snap fastener, characterized in that:
