However, in the conventional synthetic resin female member, the annular groove 5 is formed as a V-shaped groove having a wide opening end width H for the depth as shown in the drawing. When the bulging portion 7 is strongly pressed outward in the radial direction by the side surface of the protruding portion of the male member in the fitted state of the male member and the male member, that is, the seam of the clothes snap-fastened is cloth. When pulled along the surface, the inner peripheral wall portion 3a surrounded by the annular groove 5 is largely elastically deformed outward in the radial direction from the virtual line state to the solid line state, as shown in FIG. It will be. As described above, since the elastic deformation amount when the lateral pulling force acts is large, the circumferential wall portion 3a loses the elastic restoring force by repeated pulling in the lateral direction several times, and the circumferential snap portion 3a loses its elasticity. The elastic fitting (snap action) becomes extremely loose, and there is a drawback that the fitting is accidentally released. This tendency is particularly remarkable when the female mold member is made of polyester resin, and improvement has been desired.

The technical means taken by the present invention to solve the above problems are as follows. That is, the feature of the present invention is to have a circular substrate with a through hole formed in the center, and a peripheral wall rising from the outer peripheral portion of the substrate, the upper part of the peripheral wall being concentric with the through hole. An annular groove is formed, cuts are formed at appropriate intervals in the circumferential direction on the inner peripheral wall portion surrounded by the annular groove, and bulges are formed on the inner surface of the peripheral wall portion, and the peripheral wall portion is male-shaped. In a synthetic resin female member of a snap fastener formed in a fitting action portion that can be elastically fitted and released with respect to a protrusion of a member, the annular groove has a width in which opposite side surfaces of the groove are parallel or substantially parallel. By forming the narrow deep groove, when the bulging portion is pressed outward in the radial direction by the side surface of the protrusion of the male member in the fitted state of the female member and the male member, The upper end abuts the peripheral wall portion located outside the annular groove, and Deformation is in that configured to be prevented.

According to the above structure, the seam of the snap-fitted garment is pulled along the cloth surface, and the bulging portion is male when the female member and the male member are fitted to each other. When the side surface of the protrusion of the member is strongly pressed outward in the radial direction, the annular groove is a deep groove with a narrow width in which the groove side surfaces are parallel or substantially parallel. At the receiving portion, the inner peripheral wall portion surrounded by the annular groove elastically deforms outward, so that the upper end of the peripheral wall portion abuts the peripheral wall portion located outside the annular groove, and further elastic deformation occurs. Will be blocked by the outer peripheral wall portion.

Therefore, the amount of elastic deformation of the inner peripheral wall portion surrounded by the annular groove becomes small, and even if the tensile force in the lateral direction is repeated, the peripheral wall portion does not lose its elastic restoring force and has a good elastic fit over a long period of time. There is an advantage that the joint (snap action) can be maintained.

The side surfaces of the annular groove facing each other may be perfectly parallel, but the draft of the annular groove molding die portion is changed in the annular groove in the injection-molded product (female die member). It is preferable to make the degree of inclination (draft) of the groove side surfaces facing each other so that they are substantially parallel to each other so that they cannot be visually confirmed, because molding is easy and defective molding is less likely to occur.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, forming the upper surface of the inner peripheral wall portion surrounded by the annular groove so as to be flush with the upper surface of the peripheral wall portion located outside the annular groove means that the upper surface of the peripheral wall is formed. Since it becomes flat and feels good on the skin, it is suitable for small-diameter snap fasteners. When the upper surface of the inner peripheral wall portion surrounded by the annular groove is formed lower than the upper surface of the peripheral wall portion located outside the annular groove as in the invention described in claim 3, when washing clothes or the like. , Even if the female member comes into contact with the clothes, the fibers are less likely to be caught in the cuts of the inner peripheral wall portion, so that it is possible to prevent the fibers from being frayed and the fitting action portion from being damaged and deformed, and ironing the washed clothes. At this time, even if the bottom of the iron touches the upper surface of the female member, it does not come into contact with the upper surface of the inner peripheral wall portion due to the difference in the upper surface heights of the peripheral wall portions located inside and outside the annular groove, and is fitted by heat. It is possible to prevent the adverse effect on the reaction part. As in the invention described in claim 4, by forming an arcuate groove partitioned into a plurality of radial ribs on the lower surface of the peripheral wall, it is possible to secure sufficient rigidity while saving the material resin.

The annular groove 5 is a deep groove having a narrow width in which the opposite side surfaces of the groove are parallel or substantially parallel to each other.
As shown in FIG. 5, when the female member A and the male member D are fitted together, the sheet-shaped members C, C move in the lateral direction (arrows a, b).
Direction) and the bulging portion 8 is strongly pressed outward in the radial direction by the side surface of the protruding portion of the male member D, only the upper end P of the inner peripheral wall portion 3a is located outside the annular groove 5. The outer peripheral wall portion 3b is abutted against the outer peripheral wall portion 3b, and further outward elastic deformation is prevented by the outer peripheral wall portion 3b.

According to the above construction, since the annular groove 5 is a deep groove having narrow widths in which the groove side surfaces facing each other are substantially parallel to each other, when the female mold member A and the male mold member D are fitted to each other, a sheet shape is formed. When the members C, C are pulled in the lateral direction and the bulging portion 8 is strongly pressed outward in the radial direction by the side surface of the protruding portion of the male mold member D, at the portion receiving the pressing force outward in the radial direction. As shown in FIG. 5, by elastically deforming the inner peripheral wall portion 3a outward, only the upper end P of the peripheral wall portion 3a comes into contact with the outer peripheral wall portion 3b of the annular groove 5, that is, in other words In this case, the opening end of the annular groove 5 is elastically deformed to a cross-sectional shape that closes in a state where the gap S remains in the bottom portion, further elastic deformation is prevented, and the elastic deformation amount of the peripheral wall portion 3a is outside. Will be regulated by the peripheral wall portion 3b.

Therefore, the amount of elastic deformation of the inner peripheral wall portion 3a forming the fitting action portion becomes small, and even if the lateral pulling is repeated, the peripheral wall portion 3a does not sag (the elastic restoring force is not lost). ), Good elastic fitting (snap action) can be maintained for a long period of time.

The width H and the depth of the opening end of the annular groove 5 can be arbitrarily set within the range in which the above-mentioned effects can be obtained. However, if the width H of the opening end of the annular groove 5 is too wide, the above-mentioned effect is obtained. If the effect is not obtained and it is too narrow, a large force is required for elastic fitting with the protrusion of the male mold member D, and it becomes difficult to secure the durability of the annular groove molding die portion. Width H of the open end of 5
Is preferably set to 1/3 to 1/10 of the depth of the annular groove 5. Further, in the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 5, the height of the upper surface of the peripheral wall portion 3a is lower than the upper surface of the peripheral wall portion 3b located outside the annular groove 6, but as shown in FIG. The inner peripheral wall portion 3 surrounded by the annular groove 5
A peripheral wall portion 3b whose upper surface is located outside the annular groove 5
It may be formed flush with the upper surface of the. The latter embodiment is suitable for a small-diameter snap fastener because the upper surface of the peripheral wall 3 is flat and the touch is good.

1. A circular substrate having a through hole formed in the center, and a peripheral wall rising from an outer peripheral portion of the substrate,
An annular groove concentric with the through hole is formed in the upper portion of the peripheral wall, and cuts are formed at appropriate intervals in the circumferential direction on the inner peripheral wall portion surrounded by the annular groove, and on the inner surface of the peripheral wall portion. Is a synthetic resin female member for a snap fastener in which a bulging portion is formed, and the peripheral wall portion is formed as a fitting action portion that can be elastically fitted and released with respect to the projection portion of the male member. By forming the annular groove as a deep groove having a narrow width in which the opposite side surfaces of the groove are parallel or substantially parallel to each other, the bulging portion is a protrusion of the male member in the fitted state of the female member and the male member. When pressed outward in the radial direction by the side surface, the upper end of the peripheral wall portion abuts on the peripheral wall portion located outside the annular groove, and further elastic deformation is prevented.
