Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect and disconnect a buckling preventing device by locating a bucking prevention plate under a center part of a track between cross ties, and fitting it to the cross ties through upper fixing members and lower fixing members. SOLUTION: At the time of fitting a buckling preventing device, after fitting an upper fixing member 12 and a lower fixing member 13 to a buckling preventing plate, both the fixing members 12, 13 are connected to each other by a connecting bolt 21. The buckling preventing device is inserted between the cross ties 14 around which the ballasts are removed, the cross ties 14 are clamped between the fixing members 12, 13 and the member 13 is fixed to the plate 11 by increased fastening of a nut 31. Next, the buckling preventing device is fixed to the cross ties 14 by increased fastening of the nut 30, and thereafter, ballast is filled so as to embed the buckling preventing plate. At the time of removing the buckling preventing plate, the nut 30 is removed, and bolts 23 which fixes the member 13 is pulled out, and the plate 11 is pulled upward for drawing with the member 12, and thereafter, the member 13 is taken out from under the cross tie 14. With this structure, since the buckling preventing plate can be removed by eliminating a little quantity of ballast, generation of looseness of the ballast can be prevented, and the buckling preventing plate can be recycled so as to lower the cost.

2. Description of the Related Art A conventional rail buckling prevention device is provided to prevent a rail from bulging outside a curve and buckling due to a rise in temperature mainly in a sharp curve section of a track. Various buckling prevention devices have been developed. For example, as shown in FIG.
1 and a pair of fixing members 3 for fixing the buckling prevention plate 2 to the sleepers 1, 1.
3, a fixing bolt 4.4 for attaching the fixing members 3 to the buckling prevention plate 2, and a connection bolt 5 for connecting the pair of fixing members 3 to each other. At both ends, contact surfaces 6, 6 that contact the lower surfaces of the sleepers 1, 1 are formed to extend in opposite directions, respectively, and the middle of the upper edge of the buckling prevention plate 2 is extended upward, and both ends of the upper edge are formed. Is formed with a fixing member relative surface which is bent in a direction opposite to the contact surfaces 6 and 6, a bolt hole is formed in the fixing member relative surface, and a sleeper is provided in the fixing members 3 and 3. Upper contact surfaces 7, 7 which contact the upper surfaces of the upper and lower surfaces 1, 7;
The buckling prevention device facing surfaces 9, 9, which extend horizontally from the lower ends of the side surface contact surfaces 8, 8 toward the opposing fixing member 3 and obliquely to the installation direction of the crossties, and their ends overlap each other, are formed. The buckling prevention plate 2 is provided on the buckling prevention device relative surfaces 9 and 9.
The bolt holes 10, 10, 10, 10 are drilled at positions corresponding to the bolt holes drilled at the center and the overlapping positions, and the centers of the bolt holes 10, 10, 10, 10 are drilled on the same line. Buckling prevention devices (see Japanese Patent Application No. 7-262572) have been developed.

However, the conventional buckling prevention device only needs to be installed for that purpose, and at present, the convenience of removal is not considered. That is, there is a problem that the ballast ballast must be removed before the removal work is performed. Therefore, even if it is a buckling prevention device that is compacted by the load and vibration of the train through which the new ballast passes after the ballast replacement work, and is stably mounted on the sleepers until sufficient ballast resistance is obtained, They remain installed even after achieving their objectives. This is because, when removing the ballast, the ballast must be removed as described above, so that sufficient ballast resistance may not be obtained.

As described above, according to the present invention, the buckling prevention device is installed below the center of the track between adjacent sleepers, and the buckling prevention plate is fixed to the sleeper. A pair of upper fixing members and a pair of lower fixing members, and an upper fixing member, a mounting bolt for attaching the lower fixing member to the buckling prevention plate,
Consisting of an upper fixing member and a connecting bolt for connecting the lower fixing member, a long hole-shaped bolt insertion hole is formed on the upper end of the buckling prevention plate and on the left and right of the intermediate portion, and the upper fixing member is provided on the upper surface of the sleeper. An upper horizontal surface abutting, a vertical portion abutting the side of the sleeper, a lower horizontal surface extending in a direction opposite to the upper horizontal surface from a lower end of the vertical portion, and a buckling prevention plate mounting surface formed on one side of the lower horizontal surface. A bolt insertion hole is formed in the lower horizontal surface and the buckling prevention plate mounting surface, and an engaging portion that engages with the upper edge of the buckling prevention plate is formed at the upper end of the buckling prevention plate mounting surface, and the lower portion is fixed. The member is formed by bending a rectangular flat steel obliquely at a right angle and forming one of them as a buckling prevention plate contact surface and the other as a sleeper contact surface that contacts the lower surface of the sleeper. Bolt insertion holes for mounting bolts and connecting bolts are formed on the contact surface. , Is then upon removal of the seat bending prevention device, since the track bed ballast around the buckling preventing plate can be carried out only by removing a bit, never loose occurs 該道 bed ballast. Therefore, after removing the buckling prevention device installed on the track where sufficient track resistance has been obtained stably,
Because the buckling prevention device can be used at another roadbed replacement site,
The economic efficiency was greatly improved.

Further, according to the present invention, the engaging portion for engaging with the upper edge of the buckling prevention plate is formed at the upper end of the buckling prevention plate mounting surface of the upper fixing member. In addition, since the rotation of the fixing member is prevented and the tightening force of the connecting bolt is transmitted to the sleeper integrally with the buckling prevention plate, the upper beam which was conventionally required as an independent member could be omitted.

An anti-buckling plate installed below the center of a track between adjacent sleepers, a pair of upper fixing members and a pair of lower fixing members for fixing the anti-buckling plate to the crossties; Mounting bolts for attaching the upper fixing member and the lower fixing member to the plate,
It is composed of an upper fixing member and a connecting bolt for connecting the lower fixing member.
A long hole-shaped bolt insertion hole is drilled, and the upper fixing member has an upper horizontal surface abutting on the upper surface of the sleeper, a vertical portion abutting on the side surface of the sleeper, and a lower horizontal surface extending from a lower end of the vertical portion in a direction opposite to the upper horizontal surface. And a buckling prevention plate mounting surface formed on one side of the lower horizontal surface. A bolt insertion hole is formed in the lower horizontal surface and the buckling prevention plate mounting surface, and an upper end of the buckling prevention plate mounting surface. Has an engaging portion that engages with the upper edge of the buckling prevention plate, and the lower fixing member is formed by bending a rectangular flat steel obliquely at a right angle. It is characterized in that a buckling prevention plate abutment surface and the other is a sleeper abutment surface that abuts on a lower surface of the sleeper, and a bolt insertion hole for inserting a mounting bolt and a connection bolt is formed in each abutment surface.
