Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote work efficiency, productivity and reliability in a linear motor coil molded by laminating a plurality of sheets of element coils. SOLUTION: This linear motor coil molded by laminating a plurality of sheets of element coils 1 is constituted in such a way as the element coils 2 themselves are molded from resin. For molding the element coils 1 themselves from resin, a groove for loading fixing components 5 required for a plurality of element coils 1 to form them together as a unit is formed in a mold resin 3 of the element coils 1. By this constitution, since holding of an insulating material between the element coils 1 is not required, work efficiency can be promoted. Since insulation characteristic can be ensured by the element coils themselves, productivity and reliability are promoted. Moreover, strength can be stabilized by changing adhesive fixing into mechanical fixing.

2. Description of the Related Art FIG. 3 shows a conventional linear motor coil. In a linear motor coil formed by laminating a plurality of element coils, in order to ensure insulation between the element coils, an insulating material is interposed and fixed between the element coils.
The element coils include those using enameled wires and those formed by stamping and etching a copper plate. JP-A-5-111234 discloses that in a coil assembly of a linear motor, after the coil is formed, the whole, particularly the gap surface, is covered with an insulating resin layer such as glass fiber or epoxy resin.

In the above-mentioned prior art, an insulating material is interposed and fixed by bonding in order to ensure insulation between the element coils. Therefore, workability is poor, and a completed linear motor coil is not provided. In addition, it is only possible to determine whether or not each element coil has insulation properties after completion, and there is a problem that the productivity and reliability of the linear motor coil are reduced. Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. HEI 5-111234 merely forms an insulating resin layer on the surface of an assembly, and does not disclose any solution for insulation between coils. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to improve workability, productivity, and reliability in a linear motor coil formed by laminating a plurality of element coils.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, in a linear motor coil formed by laminating a plurality of element coils, the element coils themselves are resin-molded. Further, a coupling portion for integrating a plurality of element coils when resin molding the element coil itself is formed in the molding resin of the element coil. By the above means, the element coil itself becomes an insulating component,
The insulating material between the element coils becomes unnecessary. In addition, fixing that relies on bonding can be performed mechanically.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows an element coil of the present invention.
Reference numeral 1 denotes an element coil, which is molded thin with a resin 3, and has a groove 4 for mechanically fixing the resin 3. FIG. 2 shows a stack of element coils 1 according to the present invention, which is fixed by bending both ends of a band-shaped fixing component 5 into an L-shape. The connecting portion for integrating the plurality of element coils provided in the resin 3 is not limited to the groove 4, but may be any means as long as it can be mechanically fixed, whether it is a hole or simultaneous molding of another part. May be.

EXAMPLE As the resin 3, epoxy resin, PPS, P
Engineering plastics such as BT can be used. These resins are molded around the element coil 1 by casting, vacuum casting, or injection molding. The thickness of the resin is 0.07 mm or more, and about 0.1 mm is sufficient. The epoxy resin was molded on the surface of the 0.07 mm element coil 1 and the insulation characteristics were measured. The insulation properties satisfied the international standard (IEC) of 2E + 500 [V] (E: rated voltage).
