【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】本発明は、眼科白内障手術の前嚢切開時、
容易にｃｏｎｔｉｎｕｏｕｓｃｉｒｃｕｌａｒ ｃａｐ
ｓｕｌｏｒｈｅｘｉｓ（以下Ｃ．Ｃ．Ｃ．と略す。）を
作成する前嚢カッターに関するものである。
【０００２】従来、白内障手術の前嚢切開、Ｃ．Ｃ．
Ｃ．においては、シストトーム、或いはカプセル鑷子等
でおこなわれていた。その際、Ｃ．Ｃ．Ｃ．が大きくな
ったり、小さくなったり、或いは変形したりといった不
都合があった。
【０００３】本発明は、白内障手術の前嚢切開、Ｃ．
Ｃ．Ｃ．を予定どうりの大きさ、形に、容易に行うため
の手術器具の提供を目的とするものである。
【０００４】本発明は、上記問題を解決するために、棒
状の体部１の先端に、弾力性があり、折れない材質でで
きた細い針金状のカッター部２を固着する手段を講じた
ものである。
【０００５】また、前嚢を傷つけ剪断力を増すために、
カッター部２の表面に微細粒を付着させたり、表面に傷
をつけたり、表面加工したものである。
【０００６】本発明は、図２に示す様に、カッター部２
のついた頭部を前房内に挿入した後、カッター部２を前
嚢３に対してほぼ垂直に押し当てながら円を描き、前嚢
３をカッター部２の剪断力により円形に断裂させ、Ｃ．
Ｃ．Ｃ．を作成するものである。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】棒状の体部（１）の先端に、弾力性があ
    り、折れない材質でできた細い針金状のカッター部
    （２）を固着した手術器具。
  2. 【請求項２】カッター部（２）の表面に微細粒を付着さ
    せたり、表面に傷をつけたり、表面加工している特許請
    求の範囲第１項の手術器具。
