However, in such a conventional mounting structure of a suspension member,
Since the mounting strength of the bolt 25 (suspension member) depends on the fitting between the serration portion 25A of the bolt 25 and the bolt plate 24, in order to improve the mounting strength, the bolt plate itself must be mounted. It has to be thicker or larger.

Further, since the structure relies on the engagement between the serrated portion 25A and the bolt plate 24, the hardness of the serrated portion 25A of the bolt 25 must be increased in order to increase the resistance to the pushing force applied to the bolt 25. It is necessary to raise the fitting force with the bolt plate 24. In order to increase the hardness of the bolt 25, the bolt 25
It is necessary to perform a special treatment such as tempering when manufacturing the bolt 25, and the manufacturing of the bolt 25 is troublesome.

Further, when the bolt plate 24 is thick, not only is it disadvantageous in terms of weight and cost, but also the means for connecting the bolt plate 24 and the lower reinforcing member is limited to arc welding. That is, spot welding, caulking, or the like, which can be easily performed, cannot be used, and the connection must be performed by arc welding, which is relatively difficult to perform.

In addition, a thick bolt plate 24 and a lower reinforcing member 23 are interposed between the flange 25B of the bolt 25 and the bottom surface 22B of the cross member 22. Since the structure is such that the bolt 25 is indirectly abutted against the bottom portion 22B, it is difficult to obtain the vertical state of the bolt 25 with respect to the lower reinforcing member 23, and it takes time to adjust the verticality.

Furthermore, the upper reinforcing member 31 of the bolt 25
Attachment to the upper end of the bolt 25
The upper pin 30 is fixed to the upper reinforcing member 31 by arc welding by passing the upper pin 30 through the hole 32 of the upper reinforcing member 31. For this reason, skill is required in the work of setting the verticality between the bolt 25 and the upper pin 31, and even if the verticality of the angle is accurately performed, it is necessary to consider the occurrence of looseness and missing due to long-term use. In addition, the fixing of the upper pin 30 to the upper reinforcing member 31 can be performed even if the bolt 25 and the upper reinforcing member 31 are not centered due to arc welding. In addition, it is necessary to take into account the possibility that the head of the bolt 25 may be affected by thermal distortion due to arc welding between the upper pin 30 and the upper reinforcing member 31 and the hardness or the like may be changed. Must.

When the through hole 5C is fitted into the serration portion 3A, the lower reinforcing member 5 and the cross member 2 are spot-welded because the lower reinforcing member 5 is in close contact with the bottom surface 2C. Spot welding is performed on the lower reinforcing member 5 and the bottom portion 2.
C, between the flange portions 5A and 5B and the side surface portion 2D. Since the lower reinforcing member 5 can be connected by spot welding instead of arc welding which is difficult to perform as in the related art, the welding operation is easy. The flanges 5A and 5B are connected to the side 2D.
, The connection strength of the lower reinforcing member 5 to the bottom surface 2C and the like is high. Moreover, since spot welding can be performed near the embossed portion 5D of the lower reinforcing member 5, the spot welding position becomes closer to the bolt 3, and the mounting strength of the bolt 3 is improved.

The crimping operation of the pin portion 7 is performed by the bolt 3
Is held vertically in a die (not shown) of a caulking machine, and the pin portion 7 is caulked by a punch (not shown). For this reason, the vertical state of the bolt 3 with respect to the upper reinforcing member 6 is easily maintained, and the bolt 3 does not undergo thermal distortion deformation unlike the related art. In addition, since the pin 7 is formed integrally with the upper end of the bolt 3, not only can both the vertical state be reliably obtained, but also the step 3C is formed at the upper end of the bolt 3 by the pin 7. Since the step 3C is in contact with the lower surface of the upper reinforcing member 6,
The vertical state of the bolt 3 and the upper reinforcing member 6 can be easily obtained, and the pin portion 7 is formed integrally with the bolt 3, so that there is no fear of rattling or detachment of both as in the conventional case, and stable. Can be achieved. As a result, the bolt 3 is fixed at the upper and lower portions of the intermediate through-holes 2A and 5C and the upper through-hole 6C, so that the bolt 3 is securely prevented from falling.

According to this embodiment, since the flange 4 of the bolt 3 is sandwiched between the embossed portion 5D of the lower reinforcing member 5 and the bottom surface 2C of the cross member 2, the mounting strength of the bolt 3 is reduced. As a result, the mounting strength of the suspension frame 8 is improved. In particular, since the flange portion 4 is configured to be clamped as described above, the strength against the thrust force applied to the bolt 3 from the suspension frame 8 is high. As described above, the strength against the pushing-up force is
Of the serration part 3A and the through-hole 5
Since the fitting with C is only for securing the anti-rotational force of the bolt 3, the lower reinforcing member 5 may have a normal thickness and can be spot-welded to the bottom 2C of the cross member 2. I have.

The serrations 3A need only be able to secure the anti-rotational force, and it is not necessary to provide a resistance to the pushing-up force. Therefore, it is not necessary to raise the height of the serrations 3A specially. It is not necessary to perform a process (tempering, etc.) for increasing the hardness of the bolt 3 when manufacturing the bolt 3, and the bolt 3 can be easily manufactured.
