押当プレート3にも対応する透孔を穿設する。このネジ
孔5に螺合する螺子4にて両者は固定される(第2
図)。チタン合金の代わりにアルマイト処理やメッキ処
理されたアルミニュームも採用される。従来の押し出し
アルミ枠を表面処理して耐薬品性(耐溶剤性)を高め
る。上記スクリーン保持枠1にスクリーン2をストレッ
チャーで張設する際に,スクリーン2の周縁部を接着剤
あるいはテープで硬くする。挿入された螺子4によって
裂けるのを阻止する。次に,スクリーン2を無光沢処理
すべく,全体を無電解銅メッキ槽内に漬けて,各繊維の
表面を黒ニッケルメッキあるはい黒クロムメッキ処理す
る。無電解ニッケルメッキの場合には黒ニッケルメッキ
皮膜となる。メッキ前処理の酸洗浄・アルカリ洗浄液そ
してメッキ液に本発明のスクリーン印刷ユニットを漬け
ても,チタン合金等からなるスクリーン保持枠の採用に

3を外すだけで良くなり,従来のようにスクリーン保持
枠1にこびり付いた接着剤の面倒な除去は不必要になっ
た。スクリーン保持枠1に耐薬品性の優れたチタン合金
等を採用することで,スクリーン2のメッキ作業が可能
