Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slip resistance value capable of securing safety of a pedestrian even in a rainfall by a method wherein an irregular pattern of a shallow cut is added to a surface of an extrusion molded board. SOLUTION: A designing belt body 8 is adjusted to a little longer than a length of an cylinder outer periphery of a roller 7, the belt body 8 is wound on the cylindrical roller 7, both ends are put together to be connected with a rod, and an endless state is formed. The roller 7 coated with the belt body 8 is freely rotatably attached onto a die 2, and a position of the roller 7 is adjusted at a height wherein an under surface of the belt body 8 pushes an upper surface of the extrusion molded board 4. When extruding raw material is charged into an extrusion molder under this state and the molder is operated, the belt body 8 bites in the upper surface of the extrusion molded board 4 under being extruded, and a texture pattern is transferred thereto. The belt body 8 is rotated by being driven at the same peripheral speed as a speed of the molded board 4, and continuous patterning is carried out.

2. Description of the Related Art Extruded cement boards are multi-purpose building materials. In prefabricated apartment buildings, besides interior and exterior walls, floors in corridors, steps on stairs, landing areas, and other places where people walk. It is also used as a building material. Generally, a cement-based extruded plate is made by adding water to compounding materials such as cement, finely divided silica sand, reinforcing fiber, and viscous agent, kneading the mixture hard, putting it into an extruder, applying high pressure, and applying a predetermined pressure to the die. It is a building material manufactured by extrusion molding.
The surface of the extruded product is denser and smoother than ordinary concrete, and is particularly slippery during rainfall.

Conventionally, extruded plates used in these places have been sprayed thinly with lysine or mortar mixed with hard coarse sand on the surface of the plate to prevent pedestrians from slipping. If it does so, the resistance will decrease, and pock-like stains will become noticeable on the traces that have peeled off. As another slip prevention method, there is a method of making a cut in the die of the extruder and providing a number of vertical stripe-shaped grooves on the surface of the extruded plate. However, the appearance is impaired, dust is clogged in the grooves, and cleaning is performed. There are problems that it is difficult to remove, and that during rainfall, slipperiness remains in the direction of vertical stripes.

Japanese Patent Publication No. 58-38085 discloses an endless strip having an irregular pattern on an outer surface, a part of which is exposed in a forming die, and is axially slidable in the extrusion direction. A method of patterning a surface of an extruded plate by rotating a body in a rotating band in synchronization with an extrusion speed is described. JP-A-60-253523 discloses that a roller having a concavo-convex pattern on a cylindrical surface is rotatably mounted on the upper surface of a die, and this roller is pressed against the surface of a forming plate being extruded to thereby extrude the forming plate. And a method of transferring the concavo-convex pattern on the cylindrical surface of the roller by rotating the roller synchronously.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] Japanese Patent Publication No. 58-3808
In the method disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 5 (1999) -1995, the material of the endless belt having a pattern is usually made of natural rubber or synthetic rubber, but the extrusion speed of the hard kneaded raw material fluctuates slightly. There is a problem that the pattern may be deformed due to the repetition of slight expansion and contraction, or a cutting trouble of the belt-shaped body may be caused.

In the method disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Sho 60-253523, the patterned roller is a device in which a flat plate in which a reversed pattern of irregularities is formed on a natural rubber or synthetic rubber plate is attached to the surface of a steel roller. Therefore, there is a problem that one roller is required for one pattern. Further, since the entire load of the pressure is applied to the roller bearing, the rotation of the roller may be deteriorated during the manufacture of the patterned extrusion molded plate, and a large number of defective products such as pattern deformation and scratches may be generated. There was a problem.

In the method for manufacturing an extruded plate according to the present invention, the weave pattern is formed by pressing a rotating body for patterning onto an upper surface of an extruded plate extruded from a die of an extruder. Item 1. The method for producing an extruded plate according to Item 1, wherein the rotating body for patterning is obtained by coating an outer periphery of a roller having a smooth outer peripheral surface made of steel with an endless patterned band-shaped body. A textured strip is mounted to freely slide around the outer periphery of the roller, the roller is rotatably mounted on the upper surface of the die, and the textured strip on the outer circumference of the roller is placed on the surface of an extruded plate. And the pattern is transferred to the surface of the extruded plate by rotating in synchronization with the extrusion speed of the formed plate.

As the patterned strip, it is preferable to use a belt of a belt conveyor knitted with a steel wire used in a heating dryer for food or the like. In this belt, a steel wire wound in a spiral shape is connected by a lot wire, and when this is extended, a bendable belt-like body is formed. By connecting the leading and trailing spiral lines of this band with a lot line, an endless band is formed. This is covered with a roller to perform patterning. In addition, since the strip is slightly expanded and contracted when pressed against the upper surface of the extruded plate by the roller, the raw material adhering to the strip drops off and is always kept in a clean state. It is not necessary to perform such cleaning.

The belt is not fixed to the roller but is slidable with respect to the roller. For this reason, even if the roller bearing stops and the roller stops, the belt-shaped body slides on the roller and continues to rotate, so that the production of the patterned extruded plate can be continued. Therefore, there is no need to immediately stop the production line and replace the patterning roller, and it is possible to reduce the occurrence of defective products due to pattern disturbance.

In this state, when the raw material for extrusion is put into an extruder and operated, the strip 8 is cut into the upper surface of the extruded plate 4 being extruded, and the texture is transferred. The belt-shaped body 8 is driven and rotated at the same peripheral speed as the speed of the forming plate 4 to perform continuous patterning. While the rotation of the roller bearing 9 is light, the roller 7 itself rotates together with the belt 8. However, even if the roller 7 stops due to some trouble, the roller 7 and the belt 8 slide, and the belt 7 slides. Only the body 8 rotates.

The pattern to be transferred differs depending on the type of the belt used, and the same pattern can be applied to the entire surface of the molded plate. When the spiral belt shown in FIG. 3 is used as a band with a pattern, the pattern becomes a cedar twill pattern, and the depth of the pattern is about 0.4 mm. Table 1 shows the results of the measurement of the slip resistance of the extruded plate provided with the pattern of the cedar twill pattern, and slip resistance performance satisfying the pedestrian safety standards was obtained. This test targets a wet slip resistance (BPN value) of 40 or more in accordance with the “Asphalt Pavement Guidelines” (published by the Japan Road Association) and “Guidelines for Pedestrian Road Color Pavement Design” (published by the Tokyo Metropolitan Construction Bureau). In the manufacturing method of the present invention, since the gap between the patterned strip and the roller is not fixed, deformation of the pattern due to failure of the roller bearing and defective defectives are reduced. Further, when changing the pattern, it is possible to easily change the attachment / detachment of the band-shaped body. It is only necessary to change only the belt-like body, and the roller can be used as it is even if the pattern is changed.
