This type of molding method has the advantage of being able to continuously produce a large amount of molded products, but since the uncured molded products immediately after molding are soft and easily deformed, it is necessary to provide a colored layer on the surface or make the surface uneven. Once the pattern was applied, it was difficult to process it after it was finished.

Therefore, for example, when manufacturing objects with decorative patterns or colors on the surface, such as decorative wallboards, the molded product must be colored after hardening, which is a disadvantage in that it takes a lot of man-hours. Ta.

In addition, when making an inorganic molded product porous, foamed plastic beads are mixed into the inorganic kneaded material mentioned above and this is molded by extrusion molding. Due to the internal pressure of the molded product, a so-called springback phenomenon occurs in which the foamed plastic beads protrude onto the surface of the molded product, resulting in an uneven surface, which requires a process to smooth it out, making the process complicated. It was hot.

In view of the above, this invention is an inorganic extrusion molded product that can be easily colored, can be colored in a wide variety of colors, and does not require post-treatment when producing porous inorganic extrusion molded products. This method was developed for the purpose of obtaining a coloring method, in which a colored slurry made of a mixture of a desired colored pigment, cement, silica, short fibers, and water is press-feeded into an extrusion molding die land part of an inorganic kneaded material while extrusion is carried out. The inorganic kneaded material is molded and discharged from the molding die,
Furthermore, immediately after shaped discharge, colored silica sand of a desired color is sprinkled on the surface of the molded product, the surface of the molded product is then pressed and shaped by a roller, and then emulsion coating is applied, followed by curing.

以下、この発明を実施例により説明する。 This invention will be explained below with reference to Examples.

FIG. 1 is a schematic drawing of an apparatus used to carry out the present invention, and the method for coloring an inorganic extrusion molded product of the present invention is carried out using an inorganic kneaded material 1 made by kneading cement, fine aggregate, reinforcing fibers, and water. The inorganic kneaded material 1 is molded and discharged from the extrusion molding die 2 while a colored slurry 3 made by mixing a desired colored pigment, cement, silica, short fibers, and water is press-fitted into the die land part 2A of the extrusion molding device 2. Immediately after the molding is discharged, colored silica sand 4 of a desired color is sprinkled on the surface of the molded body 1A, and then the molded body surface is shaped under pressure by rollers 5 to form an uneven pattern such as a wood grain pattern, and then efflorescence is removed during curing. For the purpose of preventing this phenomenon, an emulsion coating 6 is applied and then cured.

In the above, since the action of the roller 5 is set to the pressing force necessary to form the uneven pattern on the surface of the molded product, the roller 5 does not deform the entire molded product.

In addition, since the pressing of the roller 5 is performed after the colored silica sand 4 is further spread on the colored slurry 3, the colored silica sand 4 acts like a release agent, and the colored slurry 3 is prevented from adhering to the roller 5. is prevented.

In addition, both the colored slurry 3 and the colored silica sand 4 can be uniformly supplied to the entire surface of the molded product, or both or either one can be supplied to a partial position on the surface of the molded product. In this case, various combinations can be used. The pattern is configurable.

Furthermore, when the inorganic molded product is made porous, foamed plastic beads, such as expanded styrene beads, are mixed into the kneaded material 1, but the protrusion of these beads onto the molded product surface due to the springback phenomenon is caused by the colored slurry 3 and It is sufficiently covered by the colored layer of colored silica sand 4 and does not show to the outside. After the emulsion is coated, it is sent to a normal curing process and hardened.

Since this invention is configured as described above,
When coloring an extrusion molded product, the colored slurry is extruded from the molding die together with the kneaded material, so the colored layer is integrally fused with the molded product to form an extremely strong colored layer, and since it is colored with colored silica sand, By changing the dispersion conditions in various ways, it is possible to create various colored patterns, such as shading patterns and repeating patterns, which have been difficult to achieve in the past, and also to form porous inorganic extruded bodies. Even if there is a protrusion due to the springback of the foamed plastic beads mixed into the case, there is no need for a special process to correct this protrusion, and there are various effects such as the ability to simplify manufacturing equipment.
