Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation structure of a packing member being easily executed and being excellent both in airtight performance and heat-insulating performance. SOLUTION: In the heat-insulating wall panel, a rigid foam heat-insulating material layer 12 is arranged to a wall panel body 11, and the rigid foam heat- insulating material layer 12 is inserted and arranged between columns 13. Tabular soft resin airtight heat-insulating packing members 14 are integrally installed in approximately parallel with the wall panel body by the burying of a part in the airtight heat-insulating packing members 14 in the opposed side edge sections 121 to the columns 13 of the rigid foam heat-insulating material layer 12 at that time, thickness (t) is made larger than clearances (a) among the side edge sections 121 of the rigid foam heat-insulating material layer and the columns 13, and the rigid foam heat-insulating material layer 12 is inserted and arranged between the columns 13 while being bent and the clearances (a) are hermetically sealed.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in a structure of a house or the like, a structure using a heat insulating wall panel so that a heat insulating material is arranged between pillars is known. In this structure,
A gap (clearance) is provided between the pillar and the heat insulating material layer so that the heat insulating wall panel can be attached even if the dimensional accuracy varies between the pillars. In addition, since there is a concern that the presence of this gap may cause a reduction in airtightness and the occurrence of dew condensation due to insulation loss, in order to prevent this,
As shown in FIG. 8, between a heat insulating material layer (2) disposed on a plywood or the like as a wall panel body (1) and a side edge of a panel vertical frame (3) surrounding the heat insulating layer and a column (4). Fill the gap with a foamed heat insulating material (5), or as shown in FIG. 9, attach a resin-based fin-shaped packing member (6) to the panel vertical frame (3) in advance to secure air-tight insulation performance. However, with the conventional structure as described above, the filling of the foam-based heat insulating material (5) increases the work and labor of construction, and it is difficult to ensure the construction quality. There was a problem. In addition, when the fin-shaped packing member (6) is used, the construction is relatively easy. However, when the panel is mounted on the panel vertical frame (3) by bonding or the like, it is difficult to select a material. There is also a problem in the construction quality due to fear of detachment, and furthermore, the fin-shaped packing member (6) has a problem that it is difficult to secure heat insulation performance even though airtight performance can be ensured.

With the insertion arrangement of 2), the soft resin packing member (14) is compressed and brought into a state of being in close contact with both the pillar (13) and the hard foamed heat insulating material layer (12). The integrated arrangement of the packing member (14) by partial embedding in the hard foamed heat insulating material layer (12) allows simultaneous embedding and integration during foam molding of the hard foamed heat insulating material layer (12). In addition, the integrated arrangement can be performed easily and with sufficient strength without detachment.

In the case where a soft resin whose surface shape can be devised is used, the hard foam type heat insulating material layer (12)
As shown in FIG. 2, in order to more reliably prevent slippage from occurring and to facilitate compressive deformation during construction, the surface of the soft resin-based airtight heat-insulating packing member (14) is provided with corrugations. Is also good. Further, regarding the sealing of the gap,
By setting the bending length of the packing member (14), the length ratio for sealing is also controlled.

As is clear from the above, in the heat insulating wall panel of the present invention, the airtight heat insulating packing member (14) is also installed when the panel is installed, so that the construction can be reduced, and the packing member (14) can be saved. ) Is hard to come off and is embedded and integrated, ensuring the construction quality. And since the airtight heat insulating packing member (14) is elastically deformed, it can correspond widely to the size of the gap. Furthermore, since not only airtight performance but also heat insulation performance is ensured, dew condensation due to heat insulation loss in the gap is effectively prevented.

FIGS. 3 and 4 more specifically exemplify a heat insulating wall panel. FIG. 3 shows a front view of the panel and an enlarged side view of the upper end corner, and FIG. FIG.
1 shows a cross-sectional view taken along line AA of FIG. In this example, a heat insulating panel body (11) made of plywood or the like is provided with a wooden vertical bar (15) and a horizontal bar (16).
Rigid foam type heat insulating material layer made of urethane foam etc. (12)
A fibrous heat insulating material layer (17) such as rock wool or glass wool having a large heat insulating property is built in, and a hard foam heat insulating material layer (12) covers the heat insulating material layer. I have. And this hard foam type heat insulating material layer (12)
A soft resin-based hermetic heat-insulating packing member (14) made of polyethylene or the like is integrally provided at the side edge portion of (1). The horizontal rail (16) at the upper end of the panel is provided with a plate-shaped soft resin airtight packing member (18) made of polyethylene or the like.
Is pasted. This is because such a bonding is sufficient because the dimensional accuracy is easily obtained in the length direction of the column.

For the production of the heat insulating wall panel as described above, first, as shown in FIG. 5, for example, a vertical bar (15) and a horizontal bar (16) are attached to the wall panel main body (1), and the wooden frame is attached. The soft resin hermetic heat-insulating packing member (14) is disposed on a molding frame (19) around which release paper is wound, and a fibrous heat insulating material (17) such as rock wool is placed at a predetermined size and position. In the state shown in FIG. 5, a foaming resin material such as urethane is injected, covered with a kraft paper for promoting urethane foaming, for example, urethane foaming is advanced, press-fixed, and deframed to form.

In the case of mass production at a factory or the like, several horizontal rails (16) are removed, and several rows are piled up.
It is possible to fill urethane into the inside by pressing it to each step press, inserting a tube for urethane injection from the direction of the mouth (that is, where the horizontal rail is removed), and pulling the tube while injecting urethane. 6 and 7 show another example of the present invention. In this example, the airtight and heat-insulating packing member (20) has a resin or rubber-based molded portion having an anchor portion (202) and a ring-shaped section (203) on the opposite side to the flat plate portion (201), and furthermore, has a ring. The ring-shaped part (203) is contractible,
As shown in FIG. 7, the gap between the column (13) and the side edge of the rigid foam-based heat insulating material layer (12) is formed by the ring-shaped portion (2).
If it is smaller than the size of 03), it is compressed and adheres to both sides to ensure airtightness and heat insulation. The packing member (20) described above is manufactured by extrusion molding, and the filling of the fibrous heat insulating material (204) into the ring-shaped portion (203) can be performed by, for example, a blowing method after extrusion molding. The integration into the hard foam type heat insulating material layer (12) is performed simultaneously with the foam molding as shown in FIG.

In the case of this packing material (20), not only the same effects as those of the packing material (14) shown in FIGS. 1 to 5 are obtained, but also the packing material (14) is more effective at the time of construction. There is no fear of falling off, and since the fiber-based heat insulating material (204) is filled, the heat insulating performance is improved. Of course, the invention of this application is not limited at all by the above examples. Various aspects are possible in the configuration of the details.

As described in detail above, according to the invention of this application, an airtight and heat-insulating packing member is also constructed at the time of panel construction, so that the construction is reduced, and this packing member is hard to come off and is embedded and integrated. As a result, construction quality is ensured. And since an airtight insulation packing member deforms elastically, it can respond widely to the magnitude | size of a clearance gap. Furthermore, since not only airtight performance but also heat insulation performance is ensured, dew condensation due to heat insulation deficiency in the gap is effectively prevented.
