2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in a wooden building by panel fitting, a base fixed on a foundation and a plurality of pillar members, which are frame members, which are erected at predetermined intervals in a horizontal direction on the base. A heat insulating member is integrated with the interior surface side of the structural surface material in a square space formed by the adjacent column material and a horizontal material such as a girder or a girder bridged over the upper end of this column material. The exterior wall is constructed by fitting the converted architectural panels.

[0003] In the above-mentioned wooden building, as a transverse member which greatly affects the strength, stability and durability of the structure,
As shown in FIG. 10, it is possible to use a beam member 1 made of a composite material in which wooden boards 3 are provided on respective surfaces of flanges 2 b and 2 b formed at both ends of a web 2 a of an H-shaped steel frame 2. Proposed. Further, as the above-mentioned building panel, a frame material 6 is provided around the back surface of the face material 5, and a heat insulating material 7 of a foamed synthetic resin such as urethane foam resin is provided as a heat insulating member inside the frame material 6. In order to form a heat insulating portion and further improve the airtightness and heat insulation of a house or the like, the outer peripheral surface of the frame member 6 comes into contact with a beam member 1 or a column member, which is a frame member of a building. An airtight and heat insulating building panel 4 having an airtight portion 8 such as a gasket formed of a loop-shaped packing made of a material in cross section has also been proposed.

In this architectural panel, the heat insulating portion is substantially fitted into the rectangular space, and the protruding portion of the face member 5 protruding outward from the heat insulating portion is formed by the shaft assembly of the column member and the horizontal member. An external wall material is provided on the outside of the face material 5 of the building panel 4 to form an outer wall A of a wooden building. That is, since the heat insulating portion is located substantially at the center between the column members of the building panel 4, the airtight portion 8 is elastically closely contacted with the frame member located on the outer peripheral surface of the heat insulating portion. At a very low cost, it is possible to make the wooden building heat-insulating and air-tight at the same time.

However, in the prior art, when the above-mentioned building is installed in a cold region, the steel frame is cooled by the outside air, and the plate below the flange of the steel frame is also cooled. You. For this reason, when the outside air temperature is low, dew condensation occurs on the lower surface of the plate material, and the dew condensation water may drop into the space inside the outer wall. Therefore, moisture may accumulate inside the outer wall and shorten the life of the building.

The protruding portion of the foamed resin heat insulating material 91 from the end face of the plate 3 is cut off. Note that this cutting is an operation to be performed so as not to disturb the prior-attached sheet installed for air-tightening the ceiling portion.

In the above dew-proof structure, the interior side of the building panel 4 which is the inner space of the outer wall A below the plate 3 below the web of the steel frame material 2 having the H-shaped cross section is adjacent to the plate 3. Dew condensation is prevented by the provided dew prevention unit 9. That is, the moisture inside the outer wall A is prevented from reaching the plate member 3 by the dew-proof portion 9, and the heat insulating property of the periphery of the plate member 3 is improved by the foamed resin heat insulating material 91 of the dew-proof portion 9. Dew condensation at the lower part of the plate member 3 is prevented. At this time,
A long receiving member 92 is disposed over the pillar members 10 and 10 on both sides of the building panel 4 to be joined below the plate member 3 of the beam member 1, and is provided between the receiving member 92 and the plate member 3. The foamed resin heat insulating material 91 is filled and the dew prevention part 9 for preventing dew condensation is formed in close contact with the lower part of the plate member 3 so that the lower part of the plate member 3 does not become lower than the dew point temperature in the outer wall. Therefore, dew condensation can be reliably prevented.

More specifically, the anti-dew section 9 is optimal for use in an environment that deviates from the use environment of the urethane foam resin material described above, and has a cross section of 30 mm.
A square wooden member 93 having a length of 800 mm, which is slightly smaller than 805 mm which is a square having a size of × 50 mm and which is, for example, between the column members 10, 10, has an airtight sheet 94 on one side in the longitudinal direction of the rectangular member 93. A double-sided tape made of a butyl rubber material is adhered to the airtight tape made of EPDM described above. In this case, as shown in FIG. 4, the airtight sheet 94 is also adhered to one side and both ends of the wood, so that moisture reaches the plate 3 from the gap between the square member 93 and the pillar 10. I try to prevent that.

More specifically, as shown in FIG. 7, the anti-dew section 9 is formed of a long soft sheet material 95 having a low moisture permeability such as a soft vinyl chloride resin sheet. A double-sided tape made of a butyl rubber material is adhered to the airtight sheet 94, which is the aforementioned airtight tape made of EPDM, on both sides in the longitudinal direction of one surface, and the soft sheet material 95 is arranged as shown in FIG. In the above-described dew-proof structure, the soft sheet material 95 is provided on the indoor side of the building panel 4 which is the inner space of the outer wall A below the plate 3 below the web of the steel frame material 2 having the H-shaped cross section. A space 96 is formed on the side surface of the plate member 3 and the side surface of the frame member 6 of the building panel 4 which is the upper part of the heat insulating part, and the space 96 is formed. Therefore, on the lower surface of the plate member 3, the joint between the frame member 6 and the soft sheet member 95 is shielded by the airtight sheet 94, the moisture is shut off, and the heat is insulated in the space 96, and the temperature is lower than the dew point temperature in the outer wall. More specifically, as shown in FIG. 8 (a), the anti-dew section 9 is made of a long heat insulating plate member 97 having low moisture permeability and a width of about 30 mm, such as a polystyrene foam material. The protrusions 9 made of a soft polystyrene foam material are provided at both ends of the heat insulating plate member 97 so as to protrude toward one surface of the plate.
8 and 98, are formed so as to be inserted and held in the gap between the column member 10 and the frame member 6 of the heat insulating portion on the back of the building panel 4, as shown in FIG. 8B.

In the above dew-proof structure, the heat insulating plate member 9
7 is a column member 10 and a frame member 6 on both sides of the building panel 4 whose projections 98, 98 are joined below the plate member 3 of the beam member 1.
After being inserted and arranged in the gaps formed between them, they are nailed and fixed to the plate material 3. Therefore, the heat-insulating plate member 97 having low moisture permeability serves as a heat insulating material that blocks the cold bridge formed by the plate material 3, and prevents the humidified air in the outer wall A from reaching the plate material 3, thereby suppressing the occurrence of dew condensation. In this case, since the convex portions 98, 98 are formed of a soft polystyrene foam material, the convex portions 98, 98 can be easily inserted by following the change in the size of the gap between the column member 10 and the frame member 6, and the heat insulation can be achieved. Since the plate member 97 is formed of a low moisture permeable material, the airtightness can be improved together with the airtight portion 8 below the plate member 3 of the beam member 1.

Therefore, according to the dew-proof structure described above, a heat-insulating plate member having a long shape with low moisture permeability and a substantially U-shape in a side view having convex portions 98, 98 protruding to one side at both ends thereof. 9

The dew-proof structure of the present invention is embodied as in the above-described embodiment. The interior side of the building panel, which is the inner space of the outer wall, under the plate below the web of the H-shaped steel frame, is used. Since dew condensation is prevented by the dew-prevention section provided adjacent to the plate material, it is possible to prevent dew condensation on the lower surface of the plate material when the outside air temperature is low, and to prevent dew condensation on the space inside the outer wall.
