2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, instead of a conventional earth wall as an outer wall of a building, an outer wall panel such as a lightweight concrete panel, a ceramic panel, and an inner wall panel such as a gypsum board have been used for heat insulation, soundproofing, and the like. The outer wall of the structure filled with the soft material is widely used. As a flexible material used in such an outer wall structure, for example, there is a material in which an inorganic fibrous material such as glass wool or rock wool is formed in a mat shape, or a material in which the material is wrapped in a bag made of paper or vinyl chloride. .

In such a conventional method for constructing a flexible material, as shown in FIG. 12A, at the beginning of the construction, the space inside the wall between the outer wall panel 100 and the inner wall panel 101 is filled. Flexible material 10 such as glass wool
2 forms a heat insulating layer and a soundproofing layer and exhibits a predetermined heat insulating and soundproofing effect. However, if the glass wool 102 absorbs moisture and becomes heavy after the enforcement, it tends to slip down inside the outer wall as shown in FIG. In this case, although it is not possible to observe from the outside, a space 103 lacking the flexible material is formed above the outer wall, and a case where a predetermined heat insulation and soundproof effect cannot be obtained may be considered.

[0005] In order to prevent this, there is a method of fixing the flexible material 102 to the body edge or the outer wall panel using a double-sided tape, an adhesive, a stapler, or the like. The weight of the sucked flexible material may not be able to be supported, and the construction is troublesome. Even with the stapler, there are certain limitations, as well as the complexity and restrictions on construction (the stapler cannot be generally driven into the outer wall panel).

According to such a structure, even if the filler such as glass wool becomes heavy due to absorption of moisture after construction, the protrusions of the slip-prevention metal fittings pierced into the flexible material not only have the surface but also the thickness of the flexible material. Since it is supported up to the inside in the direction, it is possible to effectively prevent the flexible material from sliding down in the space inside the wall. In addition, the operation of supporting the flexible material is simpler and faster than the application of an adhesive or the application of a double-sided tape, since the flexible material is simply pressed and pierced against the protrusion of the metal fitting.

After the connection of the outer wall panel 2 is completed, FIG.
As shown in (a) to (c), when the glass wool 4 is pressed against the inner surface 2 c of the outer wall panel 2, the pins 24 of the slip-down preventing bracket 6 pierce the glass wool 4 at a plurality of positions, and the glass wool 4 At least a part of the weight is supported, and the glass wool 4 is covered by fixing the inner wall panel 5 as shown in FIG.
When the glass wool 4 is pierced by the pins 24 in this manner, even if the glass wool 4 later becomes heavy due to absorption of moisture, it becomes difficult to slip down. Then, it is naturally dried, and the required heat insulating and soundproofing function can be maintained.

FIG. 11 (a) shows some examples of the form of a pin tip, showing a pin tip 32a sharpened like a needle, a pin tip 32b simply cut without sharpening, and a rounded pin tip 32c. If the glass wool 4 has many voids, especially if it is soft, it is possible to pierce even the pointed pins 32b and 32c which are not sharp. Further, the male screw part 31 formed near the screw head of the pin 32 is connected to the pin support part 2 of the sliding-off prevention fitting 6.
The pin 32 can also be fixed to the pin support 22 by being screwed into the female screw hole 46 formed in the second. In this way, the pin 32 and the main body 33 including the pin support portion 22 and the fixing portion 23 can be transported in a separated state, and both can be assembled at the time of construction. In this case, there is an advantage that the packing of the slip-off preventing bracket 6 is not bulky.

FIG. 11 (b) shows the slip-prevention metal fitting 6 which employs a pin 34 having a barbed end. That is, the "key 34a"
The effect is that the glass wool 4 is hardly caught on the key 34a and hardly comes off. Further, as shown in FIG. 11 (c), a pin 35 having a screw protrusion 35a having a helical high thread may be employed, and in this case, the screw protrusion 35a does not easily enter the glass wool 4 and come off. It works.

Any of (a) to (c) may be used.
If it is provided, the further retaining effect can be maintained. Further, as shown in FIG. 11 (e), a curved pin 36 along a curve that rises in an arc shape obliquely upward (or a curve that rises at the tip that is convex downward) may be fixed to the pin support 22. In this case as well, the retaining effect can be obtained, and the knife wool (or ivory) can be easily inserted into the glass wool 4 by being sharpened gradually from the base end toward the front end.
