質を内在させると共に着脱可能な水分蒸散抑制キャップ
を前記通水性物質の上部に設けるかもしくは給水口の一
部または全体を覆う着脱可能な水分蒸散抑制シールテー
プを給水口周辺の表面層に設け、さらに幅と長さが保水
層のそれより広い漏水防止材を保水層の裏面に重ねて底
面とし、ついで保水層の外周にはみ出した前記漏水防止
材の余剰部分を保水層の側面全面要すれば保水層の表面
外周部にまで折り曲げ固定して漏水防止材を形成する
か、または保水層を封入できる袋状物または筒状物を準
備し、これに保水層を封入する前にまたは封入した後に
保水層の表面積の面積に略等しいかやや小さい窓部を設
け、この窓部を通して保水層に表面層を貼り合わせると
共に保水層を封入する前記袋状物の一方開口部または前
記筒状物の両方開口部をシールして漏水防止材を形成す
ることを特徴とする保水性除菌マットの形成方法。
