して崩壊させてしまう。そのために従来は事前に吸い出
しマットを敷設するという作業が必要であった。しかし
本発明の方法では、法面の全面が被覆されている。した
がって河川の水位の上下によっても水が内部に浸入して
地山の土砂を吸引するような現象は発生しない。 <ハ>植生の根が強固に地山に食い込む以前には、寒冷
時期に凍上作用によって法枠が上下動する可能性があ
る。そのために法枠と緑化用の袋体が分離している従来
の構造では法枠と袋体が別々に上下動して縁が切れてし
まい、袋体が法面を転落するような現象が発生してい
る。しかし本発明の方法では、全面がシートで被覆して
あり、全体が一体で上下動するから袋体12だけが分離
して転落するような事故は発生しない。 <ニ>袋体が法枠と独立している構造では各袋体ごとを
数本のアンカーによって固定するという繁雑な作業を必
要とした。しかし本発明の方法では、全面が一体の連続
したシート状袋体1によって被覆してあるから、多数本
のアンカーを必要とせず法枠の重量で押さえることがで
きる。したがって従来のような多数本のアンカー打込み
という作業、法枠に袋体を固定する作業を省略すること
ができ、工期を大幅に短縮することができる。 <ホ>従来の工法では全面の法枠が完全に完成した後
に、あらかじめ土、肥料、種子を詰めた袋を枠内に投入
して配置する作業、あるいは袋体を搬入して設置し、そ
の後に注入作業を行う工程を採用していた。したがって

し本発明の方法であれば、最初に全面を被覆するシート
