Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely suck and discharge a spun yarn filament at cut-off of yarn at the same receiving speed as that of normal operation by providing an aspirator with cutter on the lower stream of a receiving roller and on the upper stream of 3 drawing roller. SOLUTION: An aspirator with cutter 6A of 6B is provided on the lower stream of a receiving roller 8 and the upper stream of a drawing roller 9. When cutoff of yarn is generated in a winder 14, no passing of a yarn filament Y is detected by a yarn detector 13 provided directly on the winder 14, the aspirator with cutter 6A or 6B is operated, and suction of the yarn filament Y is begun simultaneously with cut-off of the yarn filament Y. By the aspirator with cutter 6A or 6B, suction of the yarn filament Y is carried out after the yarn filament Y is passed through the receiving roller 8, hence the receiving speed of the yarn filament Y becomes the same speed of the receiving speed as that of normal operation, and the receiving speed is not changed.

There are problems such as unevenness in quality and thread breakage. In order to avoid this problem, the yarn immediately after being wound on the take-up roller is not wound up as a product, but the yarn speed is kept constant, the ambient temperature around the spinneret is stabilized, and then winding is performed. However, there is a problem that it takes time until normal operation, and the amount of loss increases.

When a yarn break occurs in the winder 14, the yarn detector 13 installed immediately above the winder 14 detects that no yarn has passed, and the aspirator 6 with a cutter is used.
A or 6B operates to start the suction of the yarn simultaneously with the cutting of the yarn. The aspirators 6A and 6B with cutters cut the yarn and, at the same time, suck the yarn Y spun from the spinneret 1 through the take-off roller 8 and discharge it when the yarn breaks.

As described above, the aspirator with cutter 6A
Or 6B, after the yarn Y has passed the take-up roller 8,
Since the suction is performed, the take-up speed of the yarn Y is the same as the speed of the take-up roller 8 during the normal operation, and there is no change in the take-up speed. Therefore, there is no change in the accompanying airflow, the ambient temperature in the vicinity of the spinneret is kept constant, and even when the operation is resumed by performing the yarn hooking, it is possible to immediately wind the yarn as a product, It is possible to reduce the amount of yarn that causes loss.

Regarding the position where the aspirator with a cutter is provided, if the distance from the take-up roller 8 becomes too long,
Since it is close to the drawing roller 9 and tension is applied to the yarn and cutting and suctioning of the yarn may not be performed well, it is preferable to provide the yarn downstream of the take-up roller 8 and at a position close to the take-up roller 8. Therefore, it is preferable to provide the cutter aspirator 6A rather than the cutter aspirator 6B.

Further, in the spinning and stretching apparatus of the present invention,
Preferably, an aspirator 6C with a cutter is provided below the oiling roller 5 and in front of the take-up roller 8, and a thread winding detection sensor 15 is provided on the take-up roller 8. That is,
If the aspirator 6A or 6B with a cutter does not sufficiently suction the yarn Y when the yarn breaks, the take-up roller 8 is wound. Therefore, a yarn winding detection sensor 15 is provided to cope with such a case. If detects the winding, activates the aspirator 6C with the cutter,
It is preferable that the yarn is cut, sucked, and discharged. When the aspirator 6C with the cutter operates, the spun yarn Y is mainly transferred to the aspirator 6 with the cutter.
Since the suction is performed at C, the aspirator with cutter 6A or 6B may not be operated.

Next, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to examples. Example 1 The spinning and stretching apparatus shown in FIG. 1 was used and provided with the aspirator with cutter shown in FIG. 3 at 6A and 6C. First, intrinsic viscosity [η] (measured at a temperature of 20 ° C. using an equal weight mixture of phenol and ethane tetrachloride as a solvent).
Polyethylene terephthalate of 1.12 is discharged from a die having a hole diameter of 0.55 mm and 192 holes at a discharge rate of 330 g / min and a spinning temperature of 300 ° C.
Then, the mixture was cooled and solidified through a heating tube at 380 ° C., and an oil agent was applied to the yarn by a roller-type oil agent application device. continue
545 m / min of the take-up roller 8
(Room temperature) Pre-stretching at 1.005 times between stretching roller 9 (room temperature), stretching at 5.60 times between stretching roller 9 and roller 10 (temperature 200 ° C), 0.980 between roller 10 and roller 11 (temperature 170 ° C)
After relaxation at double, it was wound up on a winder 14. Then, the yarn being wound on the winder 14 is forcibly cut, and the yarn is suctioned and discharged by the aspirator 6A with a cutter for 30 minutes. Then, the yarn is wound around each roller and the winder using a suction gun, and the winding is performed. Resumed. The aspirator with cutter 6C did not operate because the cutting and suction of the yarn with the aspirator with cutter 6A could be performed reliably. The time required for threading was approximately 4 minutes, and this was repeated 5 times. The number of fluffs generated at 100,000 m at the beginning of winding of the re-started yarn was counted with a warper (measured for 5 times, Average). As a result, the number of fluff was 0.
