Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform decomposition of oily content of waste water by bacillus BSK by providing the apparatus with a pump part which feeds the bacillus BSK which is separated by storing bacilli with waste water clarifying and deodorizing action and being easily separated in relation to specific gravity as a remixing liq. into the waste water. SOLUTION: Bacillus BSK liq. S is separated by difference in specific gravity in a storing tank 2 which is disposed in a housing body 1 and to which a specified amt. of the bacillus BSK is fed from a bacillus feeding tank every specified time. In this case, tubes 4a and 4b prepd. by making the apex part side of a tube into two branched parts are arranged in such a way that one of the tubes 4a and 4b is floated by means of a floating device 5 and acts at the upper part of the bacillus BSK liq. and separated bacillus BSK liq. S is successively smashed by rotating an eccentric roller 3a in a pump part 3 every specified time by a timer 6. The bacillus BSK liq. S is made again into a mixed liq. and is delivered to the outside. Namely, the bacillus BSK liq. is mixed to the waste water in a grease trap 7 provided on the floor part of a kitchen and is drained into a waste water-treated sewer pipe.

As described above, separating scum from oily water through a partition or the like of a grease trap requires that the oil adhering to the wall or the partition or the like of the grease trap be cleaned periodically. Required, and
The sewage in the grease trap is nutritious sewage generated in kitchens, etc., and provides an excellent breeding place for bacteria. In many cases, it is a place of stay, and unsanitary conditions are not uncommon.

[0005] Therefore, an unpleasant odor is generated in the grease trap, and a large amount of organic substances remain in the sewage discharged to the sewage, which does not satisfy the legally regulated discharge environmental standard value. For this reason, various adverse effects such as clogging have occurred.

The inventor of the present invention has found that the aforementioned problems can be remarkably reduced by appropriately dispersing BSK bacteria, which is a bacterium having a sewage purification and deodorizing action, in grease traps. It is possible to remove dirt from the grease trap by mixing an appropriate amount into the grease. But,
In the environment of a kitchen, supplying the optimal amount of BSK bacteria at an accurate time lag and artificially supplying a constant amount at a time into the glyph trap periodically and managing them, in addition to other management conditions, Almost impossible, however, the need for this feeder is urgent for grist wrap administrators.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and has a storage tank for storing a predetermined amount of bacteria which can be easily separated due to a sewage purification deodorizing effect and specific gravity at predetermined time intervals. Further, a BSK bacterium housed and separated in the storage tank with a specific gravity difference is branched at the tip, and a float device is provided at one of the branched ends so as to act on the upper part of the stored BSK bacterium solution. The tip of the added chab is arranged in each of the upper and lower separated liquids, and the pump unit that supplies BSK bacteria of natural separation with the action of purifying and deodorizing sewage to the sewage as a remixed liquid and the pump unit is activated at predetermined time intervals The present invention provides a sewage treatment apparatus having a timer for controlling the sewage and supplying the sewage with the sewage with excellent action of promoting the decomposition of oil and the like by the BSK bacteria and suppressing offensive odor.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION The present invention is characterized in that a bacterium (B, S, K bacterium) having a sewage purification / deodorizing action is provided at a predetermined interval from a bacterium supply tank provided at a higher position than a storage tank formed of synthetic resin or the like. In a storage tank into which a predetermined amount has been fluidized and further supplied with the BSK bacterial solution, the BSK bacterial solution tends to be easily separated due to the specific gravity (spores are separated from the bacteria). The BSK bacteria solution in the storage tank is separated from the BSK bacteria solution separated in the storage tank by a roller type pump into wastewater such as grease traps. The other is controlled by a control timer which is operated at a predetermined time by a tube located at a lower portion, and is supplied into an external sewage such as a blister wrap. This (BSK bacteria solution) provides a sewage treatment apparatus that decomposes grease and the like in sewage to remove filth and reduce odor. One embodiment of the sewage treatment apparatus will be specifically described below with reference to the drawings. Reference numeral 1 denotes a housing. In the housing 1, BSK (Bacillus Subtilis Kubota), which is considered to be a kind of Bacillus subtilis having a sewage purification and deodorizing action.
A storage tank 2 is provided in which a predetermined amount is fluidized and supplied at predetermined time intervals by a suitable control means from a bacteria supply tank (not shown) provided above. Further, the storage tank 2 is formed of a synthetic resin material, and has a supply hole on the upper surface.

Further, the BSK bacteria solution S supplied through the hole provided on the upper surface in the storage tank 2 tends to be separated due to a specific gravity. The separated BSK bacteria solution S is branched into two at the distal end side of the tube 4 of the tube pump unit 3 including the eccentric roller 3a installed in the vicinity of the storage tank 2, and each of the distal ends 4a of the tube 4 is separated. 4b, one end thereof is provided with a float device 5 so as to act on the upper part of the BSK bacteria solution, and is disposed above and below the BSK bacteria solution S in the storage tank 2 and separated in the storage tank 2. The tube 4 for sending the BSK bacteria solution S is sequentially crushed when the eccentric roller 3a in the pump unit 3 rotates, and the BSK bacteria solution S is again sent out as a mixed solution by this action.

The delivery tube 4 of the pump section 3 is taken out of the outlet 3c of the pump section 3, and the tip of the tube 4 extends into a grease strap 7 provided on the floor of the kitchen. Therefore, the BSK bacteria solution S is mixed with the sewage in the grease trap 7 and is subjected to sewage treatment to flow to the sewer.

When the BSK bacteria solution S is supplied into the sewage, the BSK bacteria solution S can decompose the oil and scum of the sewage to remove organic substances and reduce bad smell. By continuing to supply, the generation of sludge and scum is suppressed, and the amount of organic substances in sewage is reduced. Therefore, the number of times of cleaning the grease trap can be reduced, and the management cost can be reduced, the purification of discharged sewage can be improved, and environmental conservation can be maintained.
