Next, the holder 10 will be further described with reference to FIG. The embroidery frame 11 is a pair of frame bodies that can be separated from each other, such as an inner frame 41 and an outer frame, so that the embroidery object can be held in a state in which the embroidery place in the embroidery object is stretched in the embroidery space 12. It consists of 42. In this case, the space inside the inner frame 41 is the embroidery space 12. Connecting member
13 and 14 are receiving surfaces 21 of holding members 21 and 22 in holders 8 and 9.
The connecting plate is formed in a thin plate shape so that it can be slid under the pressing spring 33 by being pushed along the a and 22a. As an example of such a plate-shaped means, for example, a metal plate is bent into a crank shape in cross section, and one piece thereof is used as a connecting plate. The piece 43 on the opposite side of the bent side is used as a fastening piece for the embroidery frame 11, for example, the inner frame 41.
It is stuck to. The connecting members 13 and 14 may be attached to the outer frame 42 in some cases. Reference numeral 44 denotes a guide groove formed in a U-shape (also referred to as a V-shape) provided on the front end 13b and the back end 14a of the connecting members 13 and 14, respectively. This is for guiding the positions of the connecting members 13 and 14 with respect to the holder 9 in the left-right direction when they are attached to the holders 8 and 9. The guide groove 44 is formed in such a shape that the width gradually decreases from the rear end 44a toward the deep portion of the guide groove 44 so that the guide can be smoothly performed. Reference numerals 45 and 46 denote engagement holes provided in the connection members 13 and 14 of the pair of engagement portions, and engagement holes, respectively, for fitting the engagement projection 31a and the engagement projection 31 respectively. Correspondingly formed as possible. Although these fitting engagement holes 45 and 46 are illustrated as through holes, they may be bottomed concave portions opened on the lower surfaces of the connecting members 13 and 14. These engagement portions 45 and 46 are provided when the connecting members 13 and 14 are brought to predetermined positions with respect to the positions corresponding to the engagement engagement portions 31 and 31a, that is, the holding members 21 and 22, respectively. It is provided at the position where it overlaps with 31 and 31a. Fit engagement recesses 45, 46 corresponding to these
The embroidery object 15 attached to the holder 10 in order to firmly maintain the state of engagement with the engagement protrusions 31 and 31a.
The front ends 13b, 14 on the side where the load applied from the connecting members 13, 14 to the receiving surfaces 21a, 22a greatly increases due to the weight of
b. The engagement concave portion 45 is disposed between the back side and the front side, and a large contraction force is generated in the embroidery object due to an increase in the number of embroidery stitches on the embroidery object, and the contraction force reduces the width dimension of the inner frame 41. Even if it becomes a situation, the engagement projections accompanying the reduction
It is formed in a long hole that is long in the left-right width direction to prevent biting with 31a. Note that the relationship between the convex portion and the concave portion is relative to the positioning of the pair of fitting portions (31, 45, 46) and the function of transmitting the force in the horizontal direction, and the fitting portions 31, 31a are fitted. The fitting portions 45 and 46 may be formed in the corresponding fitting convex portions while being formed in the mating concave portions. The installation position may be on the front side of the presser spring 33 (FIG. 2).
It may be around 6,38. Further, the pair of guide members including the guide piece 30 and the guide groove 44 are relative, and the side of the connecting member 14 may be tapered, and the side of the holder 9 may be formed in a corresponding funnel-shaped recess.

A case where embroidery is performed on the embroidery object 15 using the embroidery frame 11 will be described. When embroidering is performed on the embroidery object 15, the embroidery object 15 is mounted on the embroidery frame 11 so that the embroidery planned position in the embroidery object 15 is located in the embroidery space 12. Next, the embroidery frame 11 is loaded into the holders 8 and 9. In this operation, the embroidery frame 11 is advanced to the space between the right and left holders 8 and 9 toward the back side, and the left and right connecting members 13 and 14 are respectively connected to the receiving surfaces 21a and 21 Insert it under the pressing spring 33 along the 22a. In this case, the insertion of the connecting member 14 will be described with reference to FIG. Connecting member 13
Also proceeds in parallel with the insertion of the connecting member 14. First, as shown in (A), the end portion 14a is advanced in the
Slide it under the holding part 36 along a. The reason why the arrow 47 is inclined is to avoid interference between the connecting member 14 and the fitting projection 31. However, since the fitting convex portion 31 is formed to have a low height as described above, the inclination may be very small enough to clear the fitting convex portion 31, and the fitting is inserted almost along the receiving surface 22a. Can be performed. Next, as shown by the arrow 48, the end 14a is directed to the gap 27 in FIG. In this case, since the end portion 14a is pressed downward by the pressing portion 38,
Gap without letting end 14a abut against levitation blocker 26
You can go to 27. Also, in this case, the connection member 14 is advanced by advancing the guide piece 30 into the guide groove 44.
Is guided so that the position in the left-right direction with respect to the holder 9 is appropriate. As a result, the fitting concave portion 46 smoothly moves to a position where the fitting concave portion 46 overlaps with the fitting convex portion 31. When the right and left positions of the connecting member 14 are appropriate, the right and left positions of the connecting member 13 with respect to the holder 8 are also set to the appropriate positions. Connecting member as above
When the tip of 14 contacts the stopper 28,
46 is in a state of being overlapped with the fitting projection 31. When this occurs, the end 14b of the connecting member 14 is lowered onto the receiving surface 22a, and the fitting recess 46 is fitted to the fitting projection 31, as shown in FIG.
45 is fitted to the engaging projection 31a. By the above operation, the embroidery frame 11 is attached to a predetermined position with respect to the holders 8 and 9.

Next, as shown in FIG. 7, when the trainer 15 has been mounted on the embroidery frame 11, it may be noticed that the mounted state is opposite to that in FIG. In this case, it is not necessary to remove and reattach the embroidery object 15 as in the related art.
That is, of the two guide grooves 44, 44, the guide groove 44 (one of the coupling members 13, 14) of a preferred orientation suitable for the state of the trainer 15 is connected to one of the holding members 21, 22. Guide piece 30
, The coupling members 13 and 14 may be attached to the holding members 21 and 22 in the same manner as described above. Then, regardless of which of the guide grooves 44, 44 is directed to the back side, the coupling members 13, 14 with respect to the guide piece 30, the fitting convex portion 31, and the engaging convex portion 31a on the holding members 21, 22. Side two guide grooves 44,44 and fitting holes 46,4

Next, the operation of embroidering the embroidery object loaded on the embroidery sewing machine 1 as described above will be described. Drive frame 7
Moves in the directions of arrows 7a and 7b in FIG. 1 based on a predetermined program. The movement is performed by holding members 21 and 22, fitting engagement convex portions 31 and 31a,
The embroidery object 15 is transmitted to the embroidery frame 11 via the fitting engagement recesses 45 and 46 and the connecting members 13 and 14, and moves integrally with the drive frame 7. The needle bar 5 moves up and down in synchronization with the movement, and the embroidery object 15 is moved by the needle 6.
Embroidery is performed. In the above case, since the pressing portion 36 of the pressing spring 33 prevents the connecting members 13 and 14 from floating,
The fitting state of the fitting projections 31, 31 with the fitting projections 31, 31 is maintained very firmly. Therefore, the accuracy of the movement of the embroidery object 15 is stably maintained, and accurate embroidery of a predetermined pattern is stably performed on the embroidery object 15. The fitting state between the fitting concave portions 45 and 46 and the fitting convex portions 31 and 31 is also maintained by the load applied to the connecting members 13 and 14 due to the weight of the holder 10 and the weight of the embroidery object 15.

Next, in the case of the embroidery described above, when the embroidery object 15 is clothing such as a trainer and embroidery is performed on the chest or back of the embroidery, the fitting engagement recesses 45 and 46 are also engaged for the following reason. The reliability of maintaining the fitted state with the mating convex portions 31 and 31a is increased.
That is, when performing embroidery in the above-described location, the embroidery object 15
On the other hand, the embroidery frame 11 is positioned in a relationship as shown in FIG. The center of gravity of the embroidery frame 11 is substantially at the center of the embroidery frame 11 as indicated by the reference numeral G when the embroidery object is not mounted. However, when the embroidery object 15 as described above is mounted, the position of the center of gravity in the mounted state is a position on the front side as compared with the case where the embroidery object 15 is not mounted, as indicated by reference numeral G ', due to the weight of the sleeve 15a. For this reason, the load applied from the connecting members 13 and 14 to the receiving surfaces 21a and 22a greatly increases at the ends 13b and 14b. Due to the increased load, the end portions 13b and 14b become the receiving surfaces 21a and 22a.
, It becomes more difficult to float, and the maintenance of the fitted state between the fitting projections 31, 31 and the fitting recesses 45, 46 becomes firm.

Next, the example of FIG. 6 is intended to prevent erroneous damage of the pressing spring when the embroidery frame is mounted on the holder. In the figure, 50 is a pressing spring 33e.
This is a deformation limiting member for preventing excessive deformation, is formed of a hard material, and is fixedly provided at a position as shown in the figure.
The deformation restricting member 50 restricts the deformation of the portion of the pressing spring 33e near the base portion 34e by the connecting member when the embroidery frame is mounted, within a range of its elastic limit. As a result, it is possible to prevent an accident that the pressing spring 33e is permanently deformed and the connecting member cannot be pressed. In addition, parts that are considered to be functionally the same as or equivalent to those in the previous figure and whose description is to be duplicated are denoted by the same reference numerals as those in the previous figure, and the duplicated description is omitted.

As described above, according to the present invention, if the holding members 21 and 22 are provided with the pressing springs 33 in advance, the connecting members 13 and 14 of the embroidery frame 11 can be attached to the holding members 21 and 22. When the connecting members 13 and 14 are to be engaged, the receiving members 21 and 22
A simple operation that the guide piece 30, the fitting protrusion 31 and the engagement protrusion 31a are fitted to the guide groove 44 and the fitting engagement holes 46 and 45 with respect to the a and 22a. Thus, there is an effect that the whole can be fitted. Also, even if the embroidery object 15 is mounted in the opposite direction with respect to the embroidery frame 11, there is no need to re-install the embroidery object 15,
Just by looking at the orientation of the embroidery object 15 and changing the orientation of the embroidery frame 11 by 180 degrees, the coupling members 13 and 14 are quickly and securely attached to the holding members 21 and 22 as described above. There is an effect that can be done.
