Claims (2)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 型開状態の両金型のいずれか一側に表皮
をセットし、他側金型を所定位置まで前進させた後、他
側金型側に設けた押さえリングにより前記表皮を縁部全
長に亘って押さえるとともに、表皮面上に他側金型と協
動して空間部を形成し、第1の射出装置により同空間部
に溶融樹脂を団子状に注入し、次いで前記空間部の溶融
樹脂を圧縮し、所定の圧縮代を残して同樹脂を表皮面上
に押拡げた後、第2の射出装置により押さえリングが囲
った空間部の外側の金型キャビテイに溶融樹脂を射出
し、更に前記圧縮代を圧縮することにより金型キャビテ
イを圧縮するとともに、前記押さえリングを表皮面上か
ら後退させるようにした表皮を表面の一部に有する樹脂
成形体の製造方法。
1. A skin is set on one side of both molds in a mold open state, and after the other mold is advanced to a predetermined position, the skin is fixed by a holding ring provided on the other mold side. While pressing over the entire length of the edge, a space is formed on the skin surface in cooperation with the other mold, and a molten resin is injected into the space by a first injection device in a dumpling manner. Part of the molten resin is compressed and spread over the skin surface, leaving a predetermined compression allowance, and then the molten resin is injected into the mold cavity outside the space surrounded by the pressing ring by the second injection device. A method for producing a resin molded body having a surface part of which is formed by injecting and further compressing the compression margin to compress the mold cavity and to retreat the pressing ring from the surface of the surface.
