バネ9の上端を圧接させ且つ同下面に内筒部材7の上端
11を当接可能とし、内筒部材7の下端面が下側フラン
ジ部5の上面に当接したときには突刺ピン8の基端部1
2を除いた全体が貫出孔6より外にコイルバネ9の作用
力により突出し、突刺ピン8がコイルバネ9の作用力よ
り強い外力で押込まれた場合において内筒部材7の上端
面が上側フランジ部10の下面に当接したときには突刺
ピン8の先端部13を除いた全体が貫出孔6の内方に没
