2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a decorative plate used as a surface material for interiors and furniture, a veneer decorative plate in which a wood veneer is laminated on the surface of a base material has been widely used. However, in recent years, natural resources such as cherry blossoms, teak, and walnut have been depleted, and veneer decorative boards using these materials have been replaced with plywood, MDF, and other decorative sheets with these patterns printed on them. A lot of combined decorative boards are used.

However, with this method, the expressiveness of the so-called shiny feeling inherent in wood is limited. Further, since a vinyl chloride sheet which is easy to process and has excellent flexibility and colorability has been mainly used for the decorative sheet, there is a problem that hydrogen chloride gas is generated when the waste material is incinerated.

Therefore, as another method, there is a method of forming a desired wood grain pattern by a transfer method on a relatively easily available softwood material as a base material. According to this method, it is possible to express the feeling of luster of wood, but with this method it was not possible to express the duct hole characteristic of hardwood.

The transparent olefin resin sheet 4 is manufactured by using the extruder shown in FIG. A method is used in which the olefin resin is extruded from the T die 8 and the molten resin 9 is solidified while being compressed by the pressure roll 11 by the cooling roll 10 provided with the uneven shape. As an olefin resin,
Starting with polypropylene resin and polyethylene resin,
These modified resins are used. It is preferable that the transparent olefin resin sheet has a thickness of 80 to 150 μm and an emboss depth of 95% or less of the thickness in terms of transparency and designability of the sheet.

Example 2 A polypropylene resin was used as a transparent olefin resin and extruded using an extruder, and if it was a hardwood material, the material was used as a manuscript to obtain an embossed cooling roll. After forming a sheet so that the embossing depth is 120 μm or less and 100 μm or less, a wood grain pattern is printed on the non-embossed surface with transparent ink,
Furthermore, after corona treatment was applied to the embossed surface to make it wet easily, the ink was wiped on the sheet to fill the recesses with the ink, and then the transparent protective layer was coated to wind the sheet.

As described above, the present invention has the following effects. That is, it is possible to obtain a decorative board having a rich wood grain pattern and a conduit hole of a hardwood without damaging the appearance of the softwood of the base material. In addition, by filling the embossed portion of the decorative sheet with the coloring ink and providing the transparent protective layer on the surface, there is an effect of further improving the designability of the hardwood material. Since the decorative sheet is manufactured using the extruder, the reproducibility of the embossed shape is improved as compared with the conventional doubling embossed one, and the back surface can be smoothed to be suitable as an adhesive surface. Further, since it is a decorative sheet using an olefin resin, it has an effect that no toxic gas is generated during combustion and that it is easily incinerated. In addition, by using a hardwood design and using a relatively inexpensive softwood material as a base material, it is possible to reduce the cost of manufacturing a decorative board. Therefore, the present invention exerts an excellent practical effect in terms of designability, manufacturing cost, and ease of incineration as a building material and interior material.
