Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sludge removing device for automatically removing sludge adhering or accumulating in a sludge water recording piping. SOLUTION: Annular scraping blades 3a and 3b are fixed on a moving body 1 constituted of supporting frames assembled in the basket shape at the given intervals in the pipe axial direction. The scraping blade 3a is slightly smaller than the inner diameter of a pipe 6, and the scraping blade 3b is formed still smaller, and both are formed symmetrically, light and left. A wire 5 is connected with connecting fitments 4 installed on both ends of the moving body 1, and the wire 5 is drawn by a drawing device 10 composed of a sieve 12 driven by a motor 11, and the moving body 1 is moved forward or backward inside the pipe by the rotation of the motor 11, which is sequence controlled in the forward or backward direction to scrape sludge adhering or accumulating inside the pipe by the scrapers 3a and 3b and remove the same.

2. Description of the Related Art When sludge accumulates in a pipe, the flow rate of sludge water flowing in the pipe decreases, and eventually clogging occurs. Therefore, in many cases, it is necessary to clean the sludge accumulated in the pipe regularly or as needed. For example, in the case of the sludge water recovery pipe of the converter exhaust gas treatment equipment, such cleaning is performed by stopping the equipment to stop the sludge water,
A method of removing a part of the recovery pipe that reaches several tens of meters with appropriate length and impacting with a hammer etc. to remove sludge, and a method of injecting high pressure water into the removed pipe or pipe to remove sludge It is being done by etc.

However, the above-mentioned conventional method has the following problems. (1) It is necessary to stop the sludge water treatment facility and stop the sludge water flowing in the sludge water recovery pipe before cleaning. (2) The period during which sludge water treatment equipment can be stopped is limited,
Since it is not possible to remove sludge on all lines within a limited period, it is necessary to remove sludge in every appropriate section, but pipe removal and installation work are required each time cleaning is performed. , Because that work takes time,
The time required for sludge removal is shortened, and therefore it takes a long time to remove sludge in the entire line. As a result, by the time the sludge removal on all lines is completed, the sludge will be deposited in the pipe that was initially used, and the flow rate will decrease.

(3) There is a foul odor and harmful gases such as carbon monoxide gas in the pipe, and the sludge contains harmful substances. Therefore, safety measures are taken when removing the sludge by removing the pipe. The sludge removal work cannot be performed without taking the steps described above, and each time the waste is disposed of, the sludge must be treated for detoxification and transported to a specific waste disposal site.

(4) A large amount of Fe 2 O 3 is contained in the sludge to be discarded, and it is not effectively used as a sinter ore used in the ironmaking industry because it can be recycled. (5) Since sludge is a heavy material, it is not easy to transport the removed sludge. (6) Many of the sludge recovery pipes are installed in high places or buried underground, and work conditions at high places and excavation work of the buried pipes are required, and working conditions are poor.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the pipe 6 is long and has a lid 7 provided with outlets at both ends. The lid 7 has guide sheaves 8 and 9 (projecting in and out of the pipe 6). A guide sheave 8 on the right side of the drawing is provided), and a wire pulling device generally designated by 10 is provided on one lid 7 side. The traction device 10 includes a motor 11, a sheave 12 that is rotationally driven by the motor 11, a guide sheave 13, and a tension sheave 14 that removes slack of the wire 5, and has one end of the connecting fitting 4 of the sludge removing device 1. The wire 5 connected to the sheave 12, the sheave 12, the guide sheave 13, and the tension sheave 14 of the traction device 10 are hung on the guide sheave 9 through the guide sheave 8 and the outlet.
After circling around, the other end is connected to the connecting fitting 4 through the guide sheave 9, the outlet, and the guide sheave 8, whereby the moving body 1 advances or retracts in the pipe by the forward or reverse rotation of the motor 11. It is like this. In addition, in each of the outlets 7, the portion through which the wire 5 passes is sealed with a labyrinth packing so that gas inside the pipe does not leak to the outside.

This device is constructed as described above, and when the sludge removing device is continuously operated in a constant cycle, a stop time is set and inputted in advance to the sequencer (the moving speed of the device is usually set to be constant). is there). When the start button (not shown) is pressed after the above-mentioned condition setting is performed, the signal is input to the sequencer, and the sequencer starts the motor 11 accordingly. When the motor 11 is activated, the moving body 1 advances, for example, to the left in FIG. 2, and the left scraping blade 3
The sludge adhering to or accumulating in the pipe 6 is scraped off by a and 3b. When the mobile unit 1 reaches below the inspection port 15 and turns on the limit switch, the motor 11 is temporarily stopped by the output from the sequencer. Then, when the set time elapses, the motor 11 reversely rotates due to the output from the sequencer, and the moving body 1 retreats to the right in FIG. 2 to remove the sludge adhering to or accumulating in the pipe. The retreat is performed until the limit switch under the inspection port on the right side is turned on, and when the limit switch is turned on, it stops for a certain period of time. By repeating the above operation, the sludge in the pipe is removed at a constant cycle.

When setting the conditions for reciprocating the moving body continuously a certain number of times, for example, the stop time is set to 0, and the ON signal from the limit switch is counted to stop the motor when the set number is reached. It is better to let them do it. As a result, the moving body 1 continuously reciprocates, and stops when the reciprocation reaches a certain number of times.
