皮に当接する当接部を設けた複数組の刃物体と、この刃
物体の当接部に穿設してその上部周縁に付設した刃先
と、前記刃物体に付設してその当接部が互いに求心方向
へ対応するように付勢させる弾機とからなることを特徴
とする棒状野菜の皮むき装置。
