図6の例では、バーナーの炎の周囲を囲むスリーブ3cに
螺旋状の突条3dを設けて炎の旋回集中が起きるようにし
ている。この炎の旋回集中手段を有する加熱バーナーに
よると、塗料を加熱するのに充分な火力を増すと共に強
風下でも消えないで安定した燃焼状態を保つ。このよう
な構造の加熱バーナーは区画線塗工装置以外のバーナー
による熱源を必要とするあらゆる装置にも使用できる。

れているので、排気による燃料ボンベへの熱供給によ
り、燃料の気化に必要な熱量が得られるようになってい

塗料の吐出調節がレバーによって容易かつ確実に行え
るようになった。燃料ボンベから加熱バーナーへ冬季
でも充分な燃料ガスを供給することが可能になり、安定
した塗工を行うことができるようになった。更に、塗
料加熱用等の熱源である加熱バーナーが風が吹いても消
えることがなくなり、安定した炎を発生させて線塗工作
業の品質及び作業性の向上を得ることができた。

ことにより直進性を高めた区画線塗工装置。
