A grommet which is attached to a wire harness which is inserted into a through hole of a wall portion and which is attached to the through hole, and which is made of an elastic material and is provided with a lip portion on the entire circumference of an end edge, and a lip on the inner circumference side. Outer member having a large-diameter portion having an annular fitting groove near the portion and a small-diameter cylinder portion closely contacting the outer circumference of the wire harness; and a lip made of a rigid material and fitted into the fitting groove of the outer member. A grommet provided with a pressing portion and an inner member having locking claws for sandwiching a wall portion between the pressing portion and the lip pressing portion provided on the entire outer circumference.
