According to the floor heating device 1 thus constructed, each panel piece 2a has a structure in which the groove 5a is formed on the surface of the heat insulating material and the aluminum foil 7 is simply attached, so that the warp itself does not occur. It does not require rigidity and can be manufactured easily and at low cost. Further, since the series of heat transfer tubes 6 are stored while being bent in the storage groove 5 formed by combining the panel pieces 2a, the work of connecting the heat transfer tubes 6 becomes unnecessary, and the number of connection work steps is reduced. It is not necessary to check for water leaks at the connection. Further, it is possible to provide a highly reliable structure that does not have a connecting portion that is a source of water leakage.

Further, the panel member 2 placed on the support portion 4c of the support member 4 is pushed downward by the floor plate material 8 laid on the upper surface thereof, but since the support portion 4c is formed in a leaf spring shape. The elastic force brings the back plate 8 into close contact with the back surface. As a result, no air layer is formed between the aluminum foil 7 and the floor plate material 8, so that smooth heat transfer is performed and efficient floor heating can be performed. Moreover, when the panel member 2 is brought into close contact with the floor plate member 8 in this manner, vibrations or the like generated on the floor can be absorbed by the panel member 2 and the vibration damping effect can be enhanced.

In the floor heating system 1 of this embodiment, the panel piece 2a is made of hard foam urethane,
It is not limited to this, but mainly has an adiabatic effect,
Any material may be used as long as it has a vibration damping effect. Further, the support member 4 is formed by bending an iron plate, and the urging means is a leaf spring-shaped support portion 4c.
However, instead of this, one having a coil spring, one having an elastic member such as rubber, one having a structure such as a torsion bar, or the like may be adopted. Further, it goes without saying that the shape of the groove 5a formed in the panel piece 2a is not limited to the above description and the drawings.

As described in detail above, the floor heating apparatus according to the present invention is a panel member which is made of a heat insulating material inserted between joists and is supported by joists by a supporting member, and a storage formed on the surface thereof. A heat transfer tube that is bent and formed according to the shape and is inserted into the groove, and the panel member,
Since it is composed of a plurality of panel pieces having groove portions that are combined in a continuous state to form a storage groove, the product cost can be reduced by a simple configuration, and the heat transfer tubes are not connected between the panel pieces. The number of work steps required for connection work can be reduced, and the cost can be prevented from increasing. Further, panel members having various patterns can be formed by combining the panel pieces. Further, since the heat transfer tube is not connected, it is possible to prevent the heating fluid from leaking from the connecting portion and improve the reliability.
