Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少なくとも一方の電極が電気的移送によって投与されるべき作用剤を含 む電極(60、62)と;実質的に非導電性のフレキシブル基板(42)の対立 する2面(43、45)の片面に配置された導電性経路(44)を含み、電力源 (46)と、電極(60、62)に電気的に接続した回路出力手段(48)とを 含む、デバイスによって与えられる電流を発生及び/又は制御するための電子回 路(40)とを有する電気的移送式作用剤投与デバイス(10)であって、 回路出力手段が、(i)基板(42)と経路(44)との折り畳みと(ii)非 導電性基板(42)を通る導電性経路との不存在下で、電極(60、62)に電 気的に接続することを特徴とする前記デバイス。 2.その上に配置された導電性経路(44)を有する表面(45)とは反対 の、基板(42)の表面(43)と密接に接触する被覆手段をさらに含む、請求 項1記載のデバイス。 3.基板(42)が実質的に平面状である、請求項1又は2に記載のデバイ ス。 4.電力源(46)が導電性経路(44)と、基板(42)の同じ面(45 )に配置される、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のデバイス。 5.電力源(46)が導電性接着剤(34)によって電極(60、62)に 連結される、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のデバイス。 6.導電性接着剤(34)が接着性物質(52、54)と導電性ウェブ、マ ット又はメッシュ(50)とのラミネートを含む、請求項5記載のデバイス。 7.回路出力手段(48)が電極(60、62)に物理的に接触する、請求 項1〜4のいずれかに記載のデバイス。 8.非導電性基板(42)がフィルムのセグメントを含む、請求項1〜7の いずれかに記載のデバイス。 9.主要面(45)の1つが患者の体表に面するように配向し、他方の主要 面(43)が患者の体表とは逆向きであるように配向し、患者の体表に面する主 要面(45)上に導電性経路(44)が配置される、請求項1〜8のいずれかに 記載のデバイス。 10.基板(42)と導電性経路(44)とが片面回路(40)を成す、請 求項1〜9のいずれかに記載のデバイス。 11.回路出力手段(48)が電極(60、62)に分離した連結手段によ って連結される、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載のデバイス。 12.回路(40)を支持し、含むために適当なサイズの、実質的に非導電 性のフレキシブル基板(42)の対立する2面(43、45)の片面に、電力源 (46)と少なくとも1個の導電性経路(44)と回路出力手段(48)とを含 み、デバイス(10)が供給する電流を発生及び/又は制御することができる回 路(40)を形成することを含む、フレキシブル電子回路とその他の要素とを含 む電気駆動式作用剤投与デバイス(10)の製造方法であって、 電子回路(40)が、(i)基板(42)と経路(44)との折り畳みと(ii )非導電性基板(42)を通る導電性経路との不存在下で、電極(60、62) に電気的に接続するように、回路出力手段(48)を電極(60、62)に電気 的に連結することを特徴とする前記方法。 13.基板(42)と電極(60、62)との間に電子回路を配置する、請 求項12記載の方法。 14.連結工程を自動化プロセスを用いて達成する、請求項12又は13記 載の方法。 15.自動化プロセスがピックアンドプレイスプロセスである、請求項14 記載の方法。 16.導電性接着剤(34)を用いて、回路出力手段(48)を電極(60 、62)に連結する、請求項12〜15のいずれかに記載の方法。 17.導電性接着剤(34)が接着性物質(52、54)と導電性ウェブ、 マット又はメッシュ(50)とのラミネートを含む、請求項16記載の方法。 18.電子回路(40)が回路出力手段(48)に定常電流を与える、請求 項12〜17のいずれかに記載の方法。 19.巻かれた連続基板(42)上に複数個の同じ回路(40)を連続的に 形成し;隣接する回路(40)間で基板(42)を切断し;個々の回路の出力手 段(48)をドナー及びカウンター電極アセンブリ(18、19)に連結するこ とによって、電子回路(40)を組み立てる、請求項12〜18のいずれかに記 載の方法。 20.巻かれた連続基板(42)を巻かれた連続形状のバッキング材料に接 着することを含む請求項19記載の方法。
