Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.第1および第2スプールをそれぞれ含む少なくとも第1及び第2油圧バルブ (26,27,28,29)を有する油圧回路の制御システム(10)において、 第1および第2スプールの一つに接続され、バルブスプール位置センサー信号 を発信するようになっているバルブスプール位置センサー(50,52)と、 前記第1および第2油圧バルブ(26,27,28,29)をそれぞれ付勢するための第1 および第2作動信号を形成する第1および第2アクチュエータ手段(46,47,48,49 )と、 前記バルブスプール位置センサー(50,52)からの信号と、前記第1および第2 作動信号の一つを受信し、前記バルブスプール位置センサー信号に応答して前記 受信した作動信号の前記値を調整するための優先手段(44)と、 が設けられている制御システム(10)。 2.前記バルブスプール位置センサー(50)は前記第1スプール(26,28)に接続さ れていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の制御システム(10)。 3.前記第2油圧バルブ(27,29)は、前記調整された作動信号に応答して作動す ることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の制御システム(10)。 4.前記バルブスプール位置信号はLVDT(線形可変トランジューサ)であることを 特徴とする請求項2に記載の制御システム(10)。 5.前記優先手段(44)は、前記バルブスプール位置センサー信号が増大するにつ れて前記第2作動信号の前記値を減少させることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の 制御システム(10)。 6.前記バルブスプール位置センサー(52)は、前記第2スプール(27,29)に接続 されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の制御システム(10)。 7.前記優先手段(44)は、閉ループ制御(55)と、前記第1作動信号に応答して前 記閉ループ制御の応答を調整する手段(54)を含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記 載の制御システム(10)。 8.前記優先手段(44)は、閉ループ制御(55)と、前記第1作動信号に応答して前 記第2作動信号を制限する手段(48)を含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の制 御システム(10)。 9.前記優先手段(44)は、前記バルブスプール位置センサー(50,52)からの信号 と前記第1および第2作動信号を受信し、前記バルブスプール位置センサー信号 と前記第1作動信号に応答して前記第2作動信号の前記値を調整することを特徴 とする請求項1に記載の制御システム(10)。 10.第1および第2スプールをそれぞれ有する少なくとも第1および第2油圧バ ルブ(26,27,28,29)を有する油圧回路の制御システム(10)において、 第1および第2バルブスプール位置センサー(50,52)と、 第1および第2作動信号を発信して前記第1および第2油圧バルブ(26,27,28, 29)をそれぞれ付勢するための第1および第2アクチュエータ手段(46,47,48,49) と、 該第1および第2アクチュエータ手段(46,47,48,49)および前記第1および第 2バルブスプール位置センサー(50,52)からそれぞれ入力を受信する第1および 第2閉ループ制御(55)と、 前記第1作動信号に応じて前記第2油圧バルブ(27,29)の前記制御を調整する ための優先手段(44)と、 が設けられていることを特徴とする制御システム(10)。 11.前記優先手段(44)は、前記第1作動信号に応答して前記第2作動信号を制限 する手段(48)を含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の制御システム(10)。 12.前記第1作動信号を調整して、該調整された第1作動信号を前記優先手段(4 4)に送信する手段(54)を含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の制御システム (10)。 13.第1および第2スプールをそれぞれが有する第1および第2油圧バルブ(26, 27,28,29)を有する油圧回路を制御する方法において、 バルブスプール位置信号を発信し、 第1および第2油圧バルブ(26,27,28,29)をそれぞれ付勢するように第1およ び第2作動信号を発信し、 前記バルブスプール位置信号と前記作動信号の一つを受信し、前記バルブスプ ール位置信号に応答して、前記受信した作動信号の値を調整する、 段階からなる方法。 14.前記バルブスプール位置信号は前記第1スプールの位置を表すことを特徴と する請求項13に記載の方法。 15.前記第1油圧バルブ(26,28)に組み合わされた前記油圧回路内の圧力を表す 圧力信号に応答して前記バルブスプール位置信号を補償する段階を含むことを特 徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。 16.前記調整された作動信号に応答して前記第2油圧バルブ(27,29)を付勢する 段階を含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。 17.前記第2作動信号の前記値を調整する前記段階は、前記バルブスプール位置 センサー信号が増大するにつれて前記第2作動信号の前記値を減少させる段階を 含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。 18.前記バルブスプール位置信号は前記第2スプールの位置を表すことを特徴と する請求項13に記載の方法。 19.前記第1作動信号に応答して、閉ループ制御(55)の前記応答を調整する段階 を含むことを特徴とする請求項18に記載の方法。 20.前記第1作動信号に応答して前記第2作動信号の前記値を制限する段階を含 むことを特徴とする請求項18に記載の方法。 21.前記受信した作動信号の前記値を調整する前記段階は、前記バルブスプール 位置信号と前記第1および第2作動信号を受信し、前記バルブスプール位置信号 と前記第1作動信号に応答して前記第2作動信号の前記値を調整する段階を含む ことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
